On Thursday 9/10/20 approximately 7pm I entered Domino's Pizza. The young lady at the window took my order and told me that it should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. So 15 minutes had passed by. So I said to myself I will give them a few minutes more. Now it's 7:30 p.m. still no food. People are coming in getting a order going out with a orders. Yes some of them will call in orders but you didn't also have walk-in orders. At this time I'm a little frustrated it is now almost 8 pm and my kids are waiting on the pizza because that was going to be dinner for that day. And you probably saying well why didn't you mention it because I was trying to be patient. I didn't ask the lady behind the counter she said oh we're just put in your order in. At this time I was frustrated and didn't want to say what was on my mind because once you say something you can't take it back and I don't think it would have been very nice what I had to say. Is one lady I don't know if she was the manager or the person in charge but I think that this was good customer service. She said sir would you like a soda some brownies for your waist and we apologize. I said thank you I will accept the brownies and about 8:15 I'm still waiting on my food. Then they finally bring my food at 8:20 but no brownies so I waited another 15 minutes and then I spoke to the young lady who offered me the brownies and ask her where were they. She went to check and apparently they put them in the wrong box. I was really heated by that time. Of course my Pizza and hot wings came along with the brownies. Now I had to drive home and try to feed my kids they calling me asking me dad worst of food and what is taking...

I was sent a text to say text "here" upon my arrival at the store. When I got to the store I texted to let them know I was here. Then I received a text stating that my order was ready and someone would be out in a minute so they set the 2mi.n guarantee timer. The next text I get said sorry for the inconvenience in not making the 2 min guarantee and that I would receive an email with a code for a free pizza. I waited 20 more mins and still hadn't received my order so I called the store to let them know I was still waiting for my order. I was told that they didn't receive my order because it would have flashed once I checked in. I preceded to tell the lady about the texts I received but she was insistent that they didn't receive my order. But then she says someone would bring me my order right out. Now I'm wondering if you didn't get my order then how was you going to bring it to my car. I can't tell you how frustrating this experience was. They didn't offer any apologies nor any discount and to top it off I didn't get any points for the order. I reached out to corporate and they claim they couldn't find my order so I sent them my receipt that's when they gave my points but no discount off my order. I won't ever patronize that Domino's on lindell voce in st. Louis. They have the worst customer service. And besides the tots i ordered were soggy, salty and cold and the salad wilted....

When itās time she goes to the window to get the pizza. Sheās told it will be about 5 mins. She waits 5 mins and asks again. The guy tells her some gibberish about why the pizza isnāt ready and commences to fold boxes and other tasks. A manager comes up and giggles and tells my daughter the driver must have taken her pizza and it will be five mins for another one. She declines the pizza and waits. She tells me about it. I come in to speak to the mgr as we are now both late for our next tasks for the day. The mgr is giggling and smirking when I approach the counter. I ask for the mgr and she says itās her, states she doesnāt know what to do as āI offered her a soda and she didnāt want it but I guess it was for you. Would you like a soda?ā I declined as we try not to drink soda. She laughs. I asked her is that all she can do for their mishap. She said well we can make the pizza do you want it? Of course I thought it was already being made. She says it will be about 5 mins. It was more of the same of this and we finally got our pizza. I called the corporate number I was give . I am awaiting a return phone call. This was not a great experience. There was only one employee wearing gloves inside the store. My daughter asked for her to make the pizza. Just one more reason for us to stay...
