(This comment contains the recent communication with Mr. Rogers Area Manager/Supervisor for the Tucker location in STL,Mo about several encounters, experience, and service received from the location from 11/06- 11/13)
Good Afternoon Mr Rogers,
I am emailing you to inform you that I have tried to use my promo codes and order from the Tucker location three days in a row with to no availability. When I tried to order online using the promo codes I have gotten an error message stating the codes have exceeded the amount of times available for use. Unfortunately the problem is I have never used the codes. Ever!!!
I have called the location only to be hung up on. I then called back to have the call intercepted by a Kayla(Caitlyn?). I began to ask questions about the codes, the pizza/delivery being free (per Mr. Rogers' email and previously spoken to managers Nick and Quoveous (Q), the delivery time (since I have been provided misguided delivery times of 6oclock then 4oclock by each manager and 2 service reps at the location). I began to get spoken to very rudely, and in an argumentive fashion by Kayla who said she was the store manager. After I requested to speak with another manager or Mr. Rogers himself I was continuously yelled at by Kayla, over talked by, demeaned, and humiliated, then was hung up on by Kayla. As a matter of fact this email was compiled during the time all this mentioned incidents took place.
I have escalated this incident in addition to the others I have experienced from 11/06/17 until present date up to your corporate office in Kentucky for further review.
As a loyal customer I would hope and pray that other loyal customers are being handled with care, quality, and guarantee. At this point I highly doubt that they are since my treatment has been so ferocious and unprofessional.
I am extremely sure every chance I get I will deter my friends, family, and potential customers from business with Papa Johns on North Tucker. I will be rating this location poorly online in addition to providing feedback to the better business bureau.
I do not appreciate the treatment I am receiving as a customer and doubt that I would trust a safely prepared pizza from this location ever!!!
(Kayla then called me back saying your pizza is free, however at that point I was highly upset and become even more furious once looking at the garlic bread sticks and finding bristles from the brush they use to apply either garlic or butter on the top of my bread sticks) luckily my daughter had not already taken a bite.)
Pizza Lover BEWARE!!!!!
Signed...
Read moreI have been ordering from this location on nearly a weekly basis on avg for the last 2 years. Tonight I put in an order for nearly $50, but the driver refused to deliver to my door and insisted that I come down to the lobby. I was frustred because I usually tip the drivers extra $6-7 because I know that it can be a hastle finding parkjng, but since I tipped in andvacnce, the driver was going to get the excess amount even though he wasn't providing the door delivery service. So I left my guests alone and took the elevator down. The call dropped while getting in the elevator, but since I was almost to the lobby, I didn't call back until after checking with the doorman if a pizza delivery guy had been there, but he said nobody came to the door nor did he see anybody pull up in a car. I couldn't see a delivery car either from the front door, so I called the driver back, but got sent to voicemail. I then called the store and spoke to the manager who told me my o see was cancelled because he said I refused to come down to the lobby and hung up on the driver. Rather than try to solve my problem and complete the transaction, the manager thought it better to argue with me to defend the knee-jerk reaction of cancelling my order. Since they would rather scrap a $50 order to prove some sort of point about their no-service delivery service, I decided to oblige them. The last couple of times I ordered I also had problems with the driver only bringing one if the beverages I ordered from the 4 pack special and was told they were going to go back to the store to get the missed drinks, but never returned. At one time, I used to be on a first-name basis with the drivers from this store, but I refuse to order here anymore. To the management, go take a look at how much money I typically spent there and go see what your lazy policy cost you. I will be sure to pass along a warning to all my friends and neighbors downtown as well. Don't order here u less you like getting attitude from your driver for making...

I immediately called and was put on hold for a manager. After explaining to 2 different people a manger finally came on and was rude after I explained to her the mishap. She immediately blamed me saying it wasnt the stores fault for a wrong online order. I explained to her that I didnot minus the meat from my order and she didnt need to be rude. She said if I came to the store they would fix it. So my husband and I get there and theres another person there with a wrong online order as well. The manager I spoke with was on the phone and Mr nick asked could he help the next available customer. I told him I was waiting on the female manger that I spoke to on the phone. She got off the phone and told me to deal with nick while she helped the other customer. Unprofessional because I had called her out on the phone for being rude. She shouldve went ahead and a assisted me and ensured I was satisfied. Mr nick ended up helping us and ensured my order was corrected. That's all we wanted, we have been ordering from this location for a while now and this was the first time customer service was bad. I think the manager should take some phone etiquette classes and if she doesn't like dealing with customers she should move on to something else. Employees should be wearing hair nets and gloves as well when dealing with food. Overall I give it 2 stars only bc mr nick saved the day, thank u for being a professional assistant manager, teach your coworker the same because she needs help. Food pretty good but the attitude there is very...
