Arby's — Restaurant in St. Matthews

I went to Arby's at 4975 Shelbyville rd in Louisville, KY and I found a fried bug in my fries. I posted the picture below. You can see the legs of the insect sticking out. I called this Arby's location and a lady picked up. I told her what happened but she was rude and hung up on me. I called the Arbys customer service number 2 times. Each time I waited on hold for awhile but the line automatically hangs up on you after awhile so you never get to speak to a rep. I would have taken the food back to get a refund but I was already at home which was a distance away and I didn't have the time to go back. All I wanted was a refund. I was blown away by the customer service at this location today! I just left the store about 20 minutes ago and had to rave about the service ASAP! I went for dinner with my 2 year old and my 3 week old by myself so of course I had my hands full and still recovering from the recent birth. They brought our food out to us and engaged me and my 2 year old in conversation. I had to make a second to go order at the end of our dinner and they assisted me right away and even helped me out to my car and kept my 2 year old occupied while I put my 3 week old in the car and got everything situated. I can't really leave a review about food because I didn't get any food. I drove up to the Shelbyville Road Arby's at about 9:15pm. My Alexa said that it was due to close by 10:00 p.m. So I got there about 9: 30pm and it was closed all the lights turned off. I wasn't sure why and I looked at the hours of operation when I got home and it still said 10:00 but maybe that just didn't mean Sunday night so I don't know.
