My whole experience was horrible... We went through drive thur it took them a whole 2 minutes to greet us when your suppose 2 be greeted with in 3 seconds.. We couldnt hear the young lady taking our order so we had to repeat our order 3 times.. And once we got to the first window she didn't say anything just told us our total she didnt have a smile on her face at all.. And when we got to the second window the MANAGER didn't greet us her face looked as if she wished she was off 2 hours ago.. They mixed our food up had the first and second order mixed all up.. We didn't get any napkins or the right sauce... Oh it gets better... As I was eating my fries I thought I was losing my mind thinking to myself this can't be paper in my food but instead of paper I pull out a NICE PIECE OF HAIR!!! Oh at this point I am heated.. I had to called the store 3 times before the phone was answered.. She did refund me my whole order back and on top of me waiting for my refund the young man that was on front line making people food was diging all in people frie cartons eating fries while he had gloves on and he DIDN'T CHANGE THEM OR WASH HIS HANDS.. I MEAN HE HAD A MOUTH FULL TOO!! THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY SERVICES AGAIN!! The young lady that was on cashier said to him your eating fries and I need one!! Are you serious!!! Bad part is I use 2 work their... So SHAWN, LORETTA, YALL NEED 2 FIX IT... Andif they are no longer their the GM Or DM need 2 fix the problem... GET HAIR NETS...

People behind the counter playing with their phones; brushing hair back with hands that are soon in the food; horsing around in the food prep are and paying no attention to the customers; a cashier talking with her lover on her cell while a customer other than me waits; and an employee gathering trash less than 10 feet from us and the food counter, leaving the trash open and the cans sitting about in the area between the food counter and the condiment/napkin bar.
It took forever, supposedly because of the chicken tenders. They finally arrived on the counter but no burger. That took even longer.
Let's forget there was no greeting, just a grunt. There were no cars in the drive-thru and only three customers in the restaurant. The floors were dirty and trashy. When one employee finally did a walk around she was laughing and talking into a cell phone and could have cared less.
My French fries were warm and hard.
There are no excuses. Close the place and make the world...
Read moreWent here on 10/1 at about 930pm. There were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. When I got to the speaker, I was told that it would be at least 20 min for any food orders. Why? There was absolutely nobody there as the cars in front of me were probably told the same thing and were gone. It doesn't take 20 min to cook anything on their menu. I told them I would wait and they reminded me once again it would be 20 min. I once again said I would wait, as I had placed a mobile order. They then made me pull to the side. After 5 minutes, my food was brought to my car. Good, right? Wrong. Everything was cold. So cold that the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. You would think after I was made to wait that I would be served fresh food. Nope. To whomever runs this establishment, I hope your pay isn't based off sales. because between the piss poor service and the lazy workers who are choosing not to serve customers, they are going to cause you miss out on lots of money.
