On a Sunday evening we stopped in as a party of 3. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. Immediately after being seated our waitress came to ask for our drink order. My son & I ordered, while husband was looking over the draft menu, the waitress stood there waiting. She finally said she would get our drinks while he looked over the beers. She could've given us a little time from the get go. Fast forward to our food order... We had ordered 2 pizzas (1 Five Boroughs & 1 Snowbird) When our order came out the Snowbird came first. We looked it over and did not see the pineapple on the pizza. When our Five Boroughs was brought out we asked if the 1st pizza was a Snowbird. We were told yes. That's when we asked where the pineapple was. The waitress came to the table and we asked her the same thing. My husband told her we ordered the Snowbird and would like to see the menu to confirm we ordered correctly. She did not bring a menu but did take the pizza back into the kitchen after telling my husband he did not order properly. I got up and got a menu from the hostess desk. After looking over the menu I went to the waitress & the male from the kitchen that brought our pizzas to the table and showed them the menu. At this time the waitress tells me "We have 2 Snowbirds" at this point it's irritating that she is insisting we ordered wrong, when she repeated our order before leaving the table when we initially placed our order. Don't place blame on the customer, when her & customer all said the name of the pizza at the time of order We were never checked on by a manager, but the waitress did say our pizza that was sent back for correction was comp'd. We would've been happy to pay for our correct order. When the itemized receipt came out, the incorrect pizza was on the order. It was listed as a Brooklyn BBQ Bird. Food was great & we enjoyed it.
Waitress: Jennifer, needs a little further training on how to deal with incorrect...
Read moreBeen here twice and both times I was disappointed. Disappointed in the service and very disappointed in the pizza. I absolutely love pizza, it's my favorite food on the planet and I thought maybe the 1st time I went it was just a bad pizza day, so I gave it another try about a month later and unfortunately had the same disappointing pizza. I feel like everything on the pizza is just a complete miss all the way down to the taste of the crust. I feel like pizza toppings should blend together and form a cojoined flavor profile upon eating it. This pizza felt like a bunch of separate ingredients trying to be friends but just couldn't get over their own arrogance, and instead of blending into one yummy taste they had their own separate agendas that just wouldn't join in harmony. I guess thats how I would best describe the taste. In addition, this pizza doesn't even look appealing when it comes out. It looks over cooked and dry. I know people know what a tempting pizza looks like. One that is sat on a table and you literally cant wait to pull it apart and take that 1st bite. I didnt get this either time while visiting this place. I wish I could at least say something positive about the staff but honestly they were just like the pizza Drab, unappealing and full of mistakes. Sorry guys this place is a total miss for me and I won't be going back. Sad though because if they had good pizza and good service, as a pizza lover, I'd frequent the place. Wait there is something positive, My wife loved the wings, I personally did not, they were way undercooked in my opinion but she has went back on a few occasions just to...
Read moreI do doordash and have picked up orders from here 6 - 7 times already. Each time was an awful experience. To start, they have Cornhole set out in front of the building and when it's busy there's always people blocking the entrance. The kids that work the front don't know how to read the order tickets (they usually stare at them for a long time looking confused) I was even told once to wait because it wasn't ready just to find out 10 minutes later that it was right there on the shelf the whole time. I've waited over 20 minutes once and when I finally cancelled the order and walked out the person working the front felt it was appropriate to mumble as I left. 3 times already they have shoved the boxes into me saying "here" when I'm at the counter. Today I picked up an order and a young guy was helping the girl read the order tickets and placed the order on the counter. I accepted and "confirmed" the order with him (which most stores ask you to do) and afterwards he refused to give me the order unless I confirmed that I was at the recipients house. I told him several times that he watched me confirm the order then he proceeded to try complete the order by touching the buttons on my phone (I was showing him the screen). He eventually gave me the food but I definitely won't be going back here just to avoid another awful experience. Not to mention the staff is usually just in groups talking. To anyone that is considering eating here I would highly suggest going across the street to Brooklyn Pizzeria. The workers there are great and the pizza is delicious as well. As for the management at Parry's your staff is making...
