I really like the food at TSC, but the service at this location sucks. I ordered a curbside pickup, and since I didn't park RIGHT in front of the store (only 2 spots, which were occupied when I came), the worker didn't bother bringing my food to me. I was one car space over, you're telling me they couldn't turn their head a little? After waiting for 20 minutes i went inside and saw that it was sitting on the online order pickup shelf.
Another time, I took two old receipts with the survey codes on them and was supposed to get a $2 smoothie with the purchase of a flatbread or wrap. They not only charged me the wrong amount, but they also messed up the second order. I had originally used receipt 1's code for my order and was making a separate order for my friend using receipt 2's code. I realized my friends order was on receipt 1, (she wanted the same order that was on the receipt) so i asked for it back and showed it to the cashier and said i want the same order that's on here (receipt 1), but can you use this (receipt 2) code. She shook her head like she understood and took receipt 1 back, then tapped around on the screen but didn't duplicate receipt 1 or receipt 2's order, but MY order that i had just made. I thought that since she was reading from receipt 1, she'd got it right so i didn't think to ask her to repeat it back to me, but why didn't she confirm either?? If i hadn't looked at the receipts before they made the second, wrong, order, they'd have wasted both of our time and money.
And then when we got everything sorted out (which was a hassle in itself), she was kinda holding our smoothies hostage?? She had already finished them a while ago and i had already gotten my wrap, and the other worker who helped sort stuff out brought over my friends sandwich, and asked us if everything was good and I said yeah we just need our smoothies and pointed behind the counter. The worker who brought the sandwich had to tell the other one to bring over our smoothies... as if she didn't know they were ours?? I don't understand why she made them and just left them on the counter, staring at the rest of the...
Read moreI have only been to this location twice and will never come again. In both instances, they did not do my order correctly. The first time I came, I ordered a chicken pesto flatbread and a smoothie and redeemed the $1.99 smoothie with flatbread/wrap survey deal at the bottom of the receipt. They forgot to add tomatoes to my flatbread, but I decided not to say anything as I’m sure it was a one time mistake.
The second time I came, I again used the deal at the bottom of the receipt and actually used the receipt I had gotten from my first visit. It wasn’t until after my friend looked at the receipt and told me that they did not apply the deal the first time. I essentially paid full price and did the survey for nothing. We told the person at the counter but they didn’t do anything about it. I again ordered the same flatbread and smoothie and what do you know, AGAIN no tomatoes in my flatbread. If this is how this TSC location operates, then the least they could do is notify customers if an ingredient isn’t available before...
Read moreOrdered online for curbside today at 1:07. Order said to be ready by 1:17. I arrive on time, I wait for a few minutes, decide to go in since it was taking a while. I go in, wait at the register. The workers did not even acknowledge my existence as a customer. If they are busy, they should at least say “give us on second please” like any other place. I had to ask to be helped after she took care of another customer, since she was clearly going to ignore me. I told her about me order. And she said they would make it in 5 minutes. I told them my order was supposed to be ready at least 10 minutes ago at this point. So they decided to make it now because I was clearly upset. I get my order at 1:32. I do not understand how it takes 25 minutes to make a smoothie, and I see that they just kept brushing off making my order during the time I waited to be helped. So they don’t even make the orders in the order of how it is supposed to be. They just hop around making the orders that they would...
