I made an online order for a dozen mini cookies. Seven of them being the Nutella cheesecake and five of them being the peanut butter buckeye brownie. Upon arrival, they let me in, which was nice and didnât have to wait in the long outside line because it was a pre-order, but I waited an additional 15 minutes after my order should been done. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic young man trying to make everyone happy that they were there. When I received my box, the cookies looked fine except they were starting to slide and melt. When the gentleman tried to close the box, the one end wasnât closing and the cookies were getting crushed in the process and smearing chocolate around the edges of the box. I went to my car and tried to close the lid but all I was doing was crushing my cookies. I went back to see if I can get a small box to to put a few cookies in so my larger box would shut, but then I was told I would possibly have to pay for another box. I wasnât happy to hear that after spending $31 in the first place then to be told that because the box wouldnât shut, I would have to pay for an additional box didnât seem right. The lady at the door explained my situation to management. They took my box and they could see that I definitely needed something else to work, which was nice to hear. But they gave me my cookies back and they shorted me, one of the buckeye cookies that got smashed by the box originally and forgot to replace it. When I mentioned it to management, they tried to tell me that they gave me an extra cookie because of my trouble and she started counting them after I told her no Iâm shorted a cookie and she realized that they did in fact short me a cookie. The cookies taste fine so thereâs no problem there but it just seemed like a big hassle or someone who just placed a pre-order so they wouldnât have to go through things like that. The first photos are how I originally received my box not able to close it and the last two is what I was able to bring home in two...
Read moreVisited the Erie location yesterday and it was an upsetting experience. When we first got there was a line, and while we were in the line we were told that if we placed an order we could get in faster which okay I get it BUT what about those who aren't user friendly?! So, after placing the order I still waited in line for about 10 min to get my order which was upsetting Because the young lady monitoring the door said that we if placed our order online we would be in and out, that did not happen. after waiting we finally get home to eat our goodies, all of the cookies taste the same. the Pink Velvet tasted the exact same as the Birthday Cake and the Caramel on the Dulce de Leche tasted like a caramel apple. I have had these cookies before, and they did not taste this way. My question is regarding having to wait outside because I never had to at other locations, what are you guys going to do in...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would, because this experience was so ridiculous. I ordered from DoorDash for pickup, and since my order was supposed to be ready, I went to the store. I asked the front desk lady if my order was ready, and she told me it would be ready in a few minutes. I waited there for about 30 to 35 minutes, even though I was told there would be no waiting for pickup, which is why I ordered online.
When my boyfriend tried to ask the front desk lady if our order was ready, she completely ignored us. This was very frustrating. Later, we noticed that others who arrived after us received their orders, while we were ignored and made to wait. It felt like we were being treated unfairly, possibly racially.
After being ignored, we decided to cancel our order and left the store. This experience was extremely unfair and...
