Five Guys — Restaurant in Summit Township

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the incredible experience I had with Five Guys—this review comes straight from the heart!

The food? Out of this world. Classic Five Guys excellence: juicy, flavorful burgers, crispy fries made just right, and everything served hot, fresh, and fast. The atmosphere was full of joy—the staff were not only efficient but genuinely happy to be there, creating such a welcoming and uplifting vibe that I haven’t seen or felt in a fast food restaurant in such a long time. You could feel the good energy the second you walked in.

But what truly sets this experience apart happened after I left. I was traveling through Pennsylvania and accidentally left my purse at the restaurant. I didn’t even realize until I was back home in Canada. I panicked, expecting the worst—but then came the angelic manager - Jill - at that Five Guys location.

She not only found my purse and reached out, but went so far as to personally package and ship it to me internationally — completely free of charge, insisting to pay for it herself!!! And that’s not all —she EVEN included a Five Guys gift card in the package, just to turn a stressful situation into something truly uplifting!

When the package took longer than expected in the mail, she didn’t just shrug it off—she followed up with genuine concern, checked in with the postal office herself, and made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Talk about going above and beyond!!

In a world where customer service is often rushed or impersonal, this Five Guys team (and that phenomenal manager) showed what true care, integrity, and kindness look like. I’ve NEVER felt SO valued as a customer. My husband and I will be telling everyone of this truly amazing experience at the Peach St. Five Guys’ for years to come — and you can bet we’ll be back again and again!

This Five Guys deserves much more than just Five stars. Thank you...

Ordered lunch on the app for 4 People, App said 9-14 Minutes. Got there in about 10. App Said to check in when there and they'll confirm the order when ready. We walked into a pretty empty restaurant with about 4 or 5 workers behind the counter. About 5 minutes later the App said my order was ready, I approach the pick up counter and stand there and stand there and have to ask for my order, give my name and am told "we're waiting on the fries" , now its been about 5 minutes since the App said my order is completed.....and I can see our food bags sitting there with the rest of the order, I end up waiting another 5 minutes or so before the fries are ready, by which point I bite into my burger and it's luke warm at best.

So about 10 minutes after the app is telling me my order is ready my order was actually ready, no apology, looks like organized chaos with the food pickup system.

Decent food, let down by...

Five Guys is a go to for quick food when we’re traveling. We’ve come to this location at least a few times as we’ve passed through Erie.

Service is decent and the food is usually very good, so it has that going for it. However, this location seems to be extra slow. I’m not sure why, but it took a good 20 minutes to get two burgers and a hot dog for my son. Now perhaps if there was a long line, that would be expected. Except there wasn’t. In fact, there was one family eating in the restaurant and me sitting at a table waiting for them to cook my food.

I get that things here are made to order - and I appreciate that takes longer. But I still cannot figure out how the four people there took over 20 minutes to finish our order.

Regardless, the food was made correctly and it tasted good, so I guess that’s something.

Overall, come here for decent food if you’re not in a hurry. If time is important,...
