TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Summit Township

Well the Fridays on Tiedeman & I480 Has terrible service and is filthy, just walk in the door and look up at the stuff on the wall. Today I decided to give Fridays another chance by going to a different one. We walk in and we were seated and thats when it all went wrong. I noticed the silverware on the table was dirty so I decided to avoid that by ordering finger foods. Then I realize their menus are wet.. and yes I smelled it... Then I notice on the window sill is a dirty spoon..and dirty windows... The waiter came back with our drinks and I could hear his shoes sticking to the floor as he walked away which drew my attention to the filthy floor... Then as im drinking my pop I realize the glass is actually dirty on the outside... And the labatts blue beers we ordered were warm.. then our food comes (two meals) meal one was not what was ordered and we didnt have the time for them to correct that situation.. so they gave us a dessert to compensate for the meal mix up and removed the incorrect item from the order..also they dumped the dressing to the side salad right in the middle and i would have preferred it to have just came on the side.. meal two was correct but was missing the two side sauces that were ordered, then halfway through the meal i noticed a small black curled hair near the edge of my plate..😷 neither of us have black hair. Then by the time they brought the to go dessert I knew I had to ask for utensils.. Then the person I was with then said "Yeah, I think I'm going to just wait till we get to the Flying J to use the the restroom" to which I responded "You were thinking that too!?" Then the bill came.. I can't believe that two bottled beers cost the same as a twelve pack. (If you were wonder no we didn't sign up for their rewards program offered at the beginning of dinner) highly disappointed and dont believe I'll be returning to any...

Visited twice this past week. Last Wednesday was busy so we had to wait 20-30 mins to be seated, no biggie. Our waiter, Shawn, was very nice and patient with us having a riled up 1 y.o. He seemed to have a lot of tables but still got the job done.

Arrived a bit over an hour before close on Sunday for my aunt’s birthday dinner... the hostess was just looking at us, twirling her ponytail for a moment before asking if it was just the 3 of us. Obviously! We’ve been standing here watching you on the phone that rang as soon as we walked in and didn’t at least get an “I’ll be right with you.” Don’t recall the waitress giving her name. The bacon in my aunts salad looked and smelled raw, but the waitress swore it was cooked. She also asked for a side of Alfredo sauce for her entree and the waitress took forever to bring it, because she was too busy cleaning the bar, and brought it with just a few bites left. The only napkins we had were the ones our drinks were placed on until we asked for more. The shrimp in her Alfredo wasn’t cooked all the way and she instantly got a stomachache. I get it, it was the end of the night and people were ready to go home, but you still have a job to do.

Won’t be going here...

Me and 2 people went to this establishment the wait was long. After around an hour we were seated, and half hour later we ordered our meals I ordered chicken tenders since they changed their endless appetizers from $10 to $15 and got rid of half the appetizers you could get with this, the other two in my party order stake medium rare and shrimp for one of them and for the other a noodle dish with shrimp. We wait nearly an hour before our food arrives with the waiter no were to be seen half the time we see him maybe twice during this hour wait we get our food well the stake is over cooked and the side of broccoli with butter and lemon is cold and the mash potatoes are extremely starchy and under seasoned. My chicken and fries are over seasoned and the finely member of our party is missing his shrimp after an hour we see our waiter again and he just brings the bill doesn't ask us how our meal was if we'd like dessert or anything. This isn't the first bad experience ice had here but I most likely won't be coming back to...
