I brought my computer in today and was HIGHLY satisfied with the level of service I was given. The guy behind the counter, (Dick), was SUPER friendly, and even made me laugh more than once. He took it, and before I could even leave Mill creek I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. He replaced the hard drive, cleaned everything up, and had it ready within an hour. Absolute dumpster fire for customer service. They Don’t stand by defective products they sell. A printer should work longer than one month-Avoid at all costs!! No wonder these stores go out of business. Completely incompetent. Always pick a store with a return policy of longer than 14 days for defective items. Shouldn’t have to buy an “ extended warranty” for a 600.00 printer- these morons can barely walk and talk at the same time. Go to Best Buy or Amazon!!...

I was returning a package today and saw Trinity patiently and graciously help an older customer find his return label on his device when she could have been impatient and annoyed because there was a long line of customers waiting.
