I wish you could give negative stars. Horrible customer service, manager has a horrible attitude. Arrived at restaurant, in the drive thru line before close. Two cars in front of me had their orders taken. I pull up to the window, the barista starts to take my order then pauses, comes back on and says sorry it's two minutes past close we can no longer serve you. I am no sandwiched between cars in the drive thru line and am forced to watch the barista give away free drinks to the two cars in front of me because "we can't accept anymore orders". I get up to the window and the barista closes the window and walks away. I called the store to inquire more about what happened. Upon me asking a question the manager immediately gets an attitude and starts screaming at me on the phone. When I asked for the number for corporate she stated "You can go do your own research and figure it out yourself" then hung up the phone on me. I am absolutely disgusted by this and want to know what type of people are hired to manage a Starbucks. This was absolutely unacceptable and the person responsible for managing this area and specific store should terminate all management effective immediately. I would never hire someone to be the face of my company if they could not handle stressful situations without being rude, condescending, and irrational during their work shift. Someone should really look into what is going on in this store. From what I am reading in other reviews there is a theme here and I am sure that each negative review stems from the...
Read moreMy mother and aunt visited the store on 5/4/22 with my son who is less than 2yrs old meanwhile not another single person in the store. What a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee with your family right? WRONG, being a 2yr old child of course he is going to be playing and babbling like a small child of that age would however the supposed manager Josh embarrassed my mother by coming up to her and stating that if she can’t quiet my 2yr old son down that he would have to ask them to leave! Mind you no one is in the store at this point and I am at work and my mother calls me in disbelief of how blatantly rude and “discriminatory” the worker had acted. I call speak to Josh and he had no logical explanation for his actions however he did have an exceptional attitude that he displayed which I would assume goes against Starbucks policy and procedures on customer service and satisfaction. I then ask Josh for his managers contact information and he denied me the contact information so I stated okay I will just have to contact corporate to get the information in which I did and am now awaiting a call from his upper management by the name of Shannon. All in all the image was displayed that at this Starbucks families with small children are not welcome please keep this in mind before giving Josh and the Starbucks at 6801 peach street...
Read moreThis was probably the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to. It started off with being ignored. No hello, nothing. Finally a girl came out and took my order. I accidentally gave her one less dollar and she said nothing. I said to put the change in the tip jar and she said that she couldn't because I didn't give her enough to even cover my coffee so she had to eat it. Sooooo, not only did she not communicate with me, she shorted her drawer because she was afraid to tell me that I didn't give her enough for what I bought???? This was at around 9:50am, yesterday. Oh and my coffee was not hot. And i had to wait for her to stock some stuff before she gave me my muffin because I guess I was being punished. As someone coming from the service industry, I'm disappointed and I usually never go against other service industry people. My store has given this location a lot of business. It was just the first time I went in myself. Oh and I tipped the jar the money i owed...
