Horrible experience! I am a delivery driver for several different companies. Today, the only stop along my route to use the bathroom was this WENDYS location.
I was waiting in line behind another customer, I needed to pee desperately. The woman saw me looking at my phone and asked if I was picking up a delivery... I said, "No, I need to use the bathroom real quick".
She proceeded to ignore me and continued to speak to the other customer. So, I turned to another worker and said, "I really need to use your bathroom. What is the code to get in?" The worker just stared at me then looked at the other woman and said,"What do I do?" The woman in charge looked at me and said..."I will be with you in a moment!"
She then continued on to the back area, working on orders, ignoring me... I had to finally leave and go way out of my way to find a bathroom. Thank fully McDonald's is humane and allows people to use their bathroom without first getting permission from President Biden! That's how the Wendy's employees were acting, like they were guarding the bathroom for the secret service!
They are ridiculously inhumane here at this Wendy's. I used to absolutely love Wendy's... but going forward, I will be skipping Wendy's at all costs.
I have worked at businesses that lock their bathroom doors or put up fake signs stating that it is 'out of order '.

I have gone by this location in the last few weeks, and they consistently make at least one error on every order. I've never seen a place not improve at all. I will say, the staff is friendly, but your order will most likely be incorrectly filled. I just wish there was a zero star rating, because this particular location doesn't even deserve a one-star.
Update: March 18, 2021, 9:19 AM I went back to this Wendy's today, thinking it would be a better day for them. But it was not. It was actually worse. They forgot my requested condiments and they forgot to give me my drink. My advice would be to skip this particular location. But if you do decide to use this store, check your bag thoroughly. Most likely they will forget something. Also, they were not friendly. I don't know what's changed with this store, but it used to be very well run, friendly, and professional.

Service at this store can be very good!
But this store has inconsistent service from day to day. My gut feeling is this is due to management being on or off duty.
So, my hope is that Wendy's works on being consistent with the quality of their service...

I placed an online order at this location, which was indicated as open through online ordering, as it was 11pm and it is normally open until 1am. I drove up to pick up my order and the building, sign and drive-thru menu were dark, indicating they were closed. After finally getting what appeared to be the manager's attention after he signaled very aggressively to me several times, he made his way over to the window and was very visibly frustrated. I was very rudely told they were closed, and it was apparent by his body language that I was not his problem, and he couldn't be bothered to even answer my question of what I needed to do about the online order. He was very short with me and all he said when I finally managed to be able to ask what I needed to do about canceling the order was "I don't know, bye". Even though he did not yell, he may as well been. I understand that you're closed and you've got cleaning duties to do, but is it too much to ask to spend 30 seconds or less to help a customer, apologize for the mishap, and instruct them how to cancel the order/get a refund without expressing how...
