Warning: Long Long story short - do NOT go to this location, at least at night. Mobile orders will not be a convenience, as you will either be waiting for a long time for them to get the order right, or you'll head home without checking & you'll be missing items.
If I could give this location negative stars I would IMMEDIATELY! A worker gave us our food (it was a MESS! The fries were spilled out of most of their bags, the fish filet was sideways & the mcdouble was falling out of the wrapper & gave 0 sauces) & said she'd be back with our drinks & sundae. 20 minutes later she still hasn't come back - inconvenient, right? When mobile orders are supposed to be FOR convenience. So I go inside to get our missing items & there is not 1 worker who comes to assist for ~15 mins. An elderly man even left disappointed because no one came to the front. All the workers were talking to each other, laughing (fine, have fun at work but do your job). I had to ask for help 4 times, getting increasingly louder, before I finally made eye contact with a worker (the same worker who was supposed to come back with our drinks) & reminded her SHE told us she'd be back with our drinks over 30 minutes ago at this point... A manager (I'm assuming) asked me what the drinks were & saw they were already made just sitting there uncapped... she capped them & gave them to me - they were watered down from the ice. At this point, none of the food is fresh, we go through drive thru to order 1 more meal & to get our sauces, she gives us 4 for the current order. I ask for more sauces since we got 0 on the 1st one, that had majority of the food & that worker is asking for our prior receipt before she gives us more sauce. We handed it to her but we've already been here for so long at this point, like just give us the sauces and let us finally be on our way.
Whoever is managing nights, at least tonights manager, needs to do better - or hire someone who can. Having customers walk out because they get left hanging by every worker in there for 15 + minutes is bad business. And that man looked happy when he walked in, & stated he was disappointed when he walked out. I repeat, do NOT go here. Let them close down, unless they do better. Read moreI’ve come to this location twice and I’ve had to wait an obscure amount of time both times I had come here. The first time I went through the drive thru and I waited at the speaker for around three minutes watching every other car get their order taken except for mine. Then when it did come for the employees to take my order everything goes smoothly, I pull up to pay and the employee tells me to pull forward. I had just seen somebody receive their food from the second window so that’s the one I pull up to. I sit at the window for about twenty minutes before just going inside to ask where my order is. So I go inside and every employee refuses to acknowledge my existence, so I stand at the front counter waiting for somebody to come up and talk to me because I didn’t want to interrupt, it takes about another fifteen minutes for anybody to talk to me, and once they ask what I needed I told them I never received my order and I have waited over half an hour now, and the employee asks to see my receipt which I hadn’t received because he never gave it to me, so he asked for my name for the order because my sister had used her app, and he leaves and returns in about two minutes with a receipt asking if that was our order and we confirmed it was, so he said he would get it out and then proceeded to take about 15-20 more minutes to get our stuff out. So overall the entire first trip took around 50 minutes to an hour just for some “fast food” kind you they weren’t busy at all at this time, they had maybe three cars in the drive thru and it still...
Read moreSo I went to this McDonald’s Halloween morning and ordered some breakfast burritos and a platter with an extra hash brown on the side. Got my order didn’t check it as I usually do when ordering fast food. Got home and realized I was missing the 2 hash browns. Not a problem I called the manager on duty that morning and she told me that I can pick it up tomorrow morning which would be on the 1st. I asked if I needed my receipt she said no. On the 1st I didn’t have time to go out my way to that McDonald’s so I decided I’ll just go tomorrow since I’ll be in the area. Well I go today on the 2nd and the manager on duty has in attitude. I told her what happened she said that usually the manager text in their group chat when something like this happens. Said she didn’t text nothing I asked her to call the manager she said no then I asked her to text in the group chat and ask her she said no about 3 times. Then asked if I had my receipt which I didn’t and I also don’t understand why I would need it. it doesnt show what I didn’t receive on it just what I bought. Plus the manager before told me I didn’t need it. So she complained for about 5 minutes to m why she couldn’t give me the 2 hash browns I paid for and didn’t receive. So I just ordered and left.
