Checkers — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Let me start by saying I love Checkers food especially the fries, mozzarella sticks and the chili cheese dogs! I often visit this particular location, I went last week and ordered two of the Burford Buger which was good but on one I particular ordered heavy onions and recieved none but the regular amount. I noticed that the food was already done, politely asked the young African American with dreads if the buger had extra onions as I asked for and was told I'm sure it does, I then asked him would you bet your job on it and he did not answer. I didn't hold it against them and I went back today and place an order for two chili cheese dogs with extra onions an extra ketchup and mustard. I asked the Spanish guy did he tell him extra onions extra ketchup and mustard and he assured me he did. I also jokingly remind the guy with the dreads remember me when I asked you if you would bet your job if my order was right and he laughed but he remembered me because I come there frequently. I then went to another location to order food for my husband I started eating my mozzarella sticks which were awesome and as I open my hot dog, there was no onions on neither one of them, and barely enough ketchup and mustard on both of them. So I angrily ate a bite of my hot dog while I waited on my husband's food. I then decided to take the hot dogs back, if I pay for something and if I ask for something it should be prepared the way I asked for it. I believe they are too focused on speed and not correctly making the product as asked. When I went back I was trying to give them my bag of food so they can remake the hot dogs and not throw them away but just remake them, they did not take the bag of food the Spanish guy went in the back the black guy was at the window, the black guy walked away from the window after now 4 minutes and came back with a little baggie with onions in it and told me I can just put onions on it. After waiting for 4 minutes I thought they will come back with two new hot dogs, since they did not take my bag of food. I was so disgusted I told him never mind and I drove off. I tried calling the store numerous times to ask for a manager and no one never answered the phone. I think it's time for me to try a new location. I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble, but if someone's paying for something they should get what they're paying for and. And not to tell me to put the onions on them myself nor did they give me extra ketchup or mustard. if i wanted to make my own chili cheese dogs, I would have just stayed at home and made them and got them right. All businesses should answer...

Just moved back to Tallahassee after meeting gone for several years. One of the first things I did here was go to my favorite fast food joint on the planet. I've gone back 4 or 5 times in 6 week. Sunday night when my wife and I picked up my Mom from the airport at 11pm, and drove 10+ miles out of my way, I was a little frustrated that they were CLOSED. Says they're open until midnight but we were sitting in the parking lot not long after 11pm. Had to deal with 2 hangry women the whole way home. This stuff is more frustrating to me than a restaurant having bad service or messing my order up. I can't think of an easier task that could have an impact on more people. The manager can take 2 minutes at work to update the hours on Google, while being paid. Then me and at least DOZENS of other people don't have to drive 20+ minutes to try and give our money away to them, and find out halfway through that it was a total waste of time and energy. I will not put any effort into returning for awhile despite LOVING the food because I don't really think they will...

This is the worst checker ever,I saw a comment that most employees are rude,the person have to be talking about the same ghetto girl that works there,we encountered that low life from placing order,their speakers is bad so whatever she was saying is muffling,my husband told her he couldn't hear her she said I can't hear you either,we managed to pay a close attention and placed order,my husband said sweet tea light ice she filled it up with ice,when my husband told her about the ice she said she didn't hear about it okay fine that's understandable can you change it since we are here she said she can't refill we were not asking for a refill we let that go we opened the bag these riff raff didn't put a straw we asked for straw and found out there was no ketchup we asked for ketchup that low life that can never amount to anything in life told my husband there's no ketchup,if we didn't pay with card we would have returned their rubbish back to them,that checkers can't stay too long in business i am very...
