McDonald's — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Was that this McDonald's on June 14th 2025 went through the drive-thru to purchase my food pay for my food at the first window went to the second window there was a manager there she gave us our food my fresh hot coffee she was nice and personable she access to pull over and space number three and then one of their crew will come out and bring us our food parked in space number 3 waiting for about 15 minutes waiting for about 15 minutes I see a homeless man going in the door of the McDonald's I guess he was going there to get coffee or whatever the case may be a few minutes later it started drizzling a little bit I see the homeless man come out the door and he's carrying too bags He's walking towards my car I'm thinking at this point that he must be walking towards my car because he wants to ask me for some change which is a nice person I probably would have given him some change when he gets to the door he says here you go ma'am here is your food the young lady said that she didn't want to come and bring the food because she didn't want her hair to get wet a homeless man a homeless man a homeless man a homeless man!!!!!!! This is so disgusting his nails were dirty his mouth was rotten he smelled like rotten flesh and urine and you give my food to this man to give to me Little did she know she gave her food to someone who has been in the food industry over 40 years have managed hundreds of restaurants and she sends a homeless man to give me my food The food that I was going to give my children to eat for their dinner or lunch rather totally totally totally unacceptable My husband who was in the car stop me from going inside the store so he went in and got the full remade I was so disgusted I thought about it as I drove off and he and I were talking after the food in the trash if she was giving food to homeless people who could imagine what else was going on in that restaurant I called the store manager she was so nice and kind I spoiled with her I explained to her what happened she had no idea that that just happened I let her know that I am in the food industry and I do work with the department of health and this was totally unacceptable totally totally my husband who's an inspector with the health department was in the car with me also do they even understand or do she even understand what they just did so I had to contact corporate and let them know exactly what happened so I'm putting it on their Facebook page I hate to do it but I have to let people know that if they're having these hyper practices at this location maybe no one should go there there should be an internal investigation of the situation I never want anyone fired from their job but she has to understand the ramifications of what could have happened he could have had hepatitis COVID he could have had so many diseases I just had to place this out I asked a lot of friends and family on Facebook what do they think about it and over a hundred views said the same thing that that was totally disgusting and out of pocket McDonald's on magnolia Tallahassee Florida you got to do better better training something because this is totally uncalled for again I don't want anyone to get fired I just want the public to know and the management to know what's going on in their store maybe she need to go take a ServSafe manager class or just get certified in general because obviously if she would have she would have known that was something that you would never do under any circumstances she could have called me to the window hell I would have got out my own car and walked in the rain to pick up my food rather than rather than rather than give it to a homeless man to give to a...

I went to McDonald's drive-through this morning,the line move pretty fast But when I got to the cashier to pay for my order which had a coupon on the app for breakfast sandwich for .01 cent I don't eat pork so I ordered a chicken mcgriddle Total 2 chicken mcgriddles and a caramel macchiato The coupon did not work for the chicken mcgriddle Which I had another coupon while on the app for a 99 size coffee but had already tried to use the coupon that they wouldn't take from the app but that was OK even the ice coffee that I couldn't get the code because it wouldn't give me the deal offer that coupon so the ice coffee had wait for hours before the app resets OK OK the manager was called over she has the worst attitude of the day she treated me like an employee, I'm a customer she expected me to know the menu as far as what items are Classified as coupon items and their menu I don't know that Ice macchiato is not an ice coffee but I did ask the drive-through which said yes it an iced coffee. I experienced basic bad customer service on the manager's part may be misunderstanding but she spoke to me like I was employee of McDonald's I was polite as possible in an loud aggravated voice she started telling me that I should know this an I should know that about McDonald's menu or dont use coupons off the app which i ask the employee now she was going to far I say I don't work for you I didn't go to McDonald's college and can you please change the attitude she had a slick comment to say like go ahead with your order or something like that to the nature with no timelines being held up because of unprofessional attitude and unfriendly customer service so as a result the drive thru was held up for quite awhile is about 4 to 5 cars I saw leaving the parking lot before I even got out of line then I the I saw 2 cars leaving as i left out of the window because the manager was insulting to me and I am not going to spend money this place I won't be insulted I go to this place often The reason why the line is held up and people start leaving out of McDonald's drive-thru because of the line not moving but actually was the managers and factionalism and sarcasm and really she was not moving too quickly and she could have a nicely told me sir there is nothing I could do about that because these coupons if we don't use this one so you got to wait for an hour for the next use of coupon I don't want to think for you I was just trying to buy food and use coupon she says you got to pay full price need to hurry up with the order I don't have any control over the coupons in this computer I responded while you do have control of your attitude Don't talk to me like I'm an employee and not spending money here and frankly I don't want to spend money here i left because she was so rude so inconsiderate and so customer unfriendly I don't see how she is a manager deal with a guest like im her underling or subordinate I don't know her name but the young woman manager im complaining about has dreads I think from my perception she is pregnant i believe I don't know it might be because pregnancy and work is tuff but she has no reason she has no right for me trying to use a coupon become Unprofessional with a very bad attitude early in the morning unfriendly customer service not a problem solver with no shame in being less than expected from a manager no smile [inside or out] didn't try to solve the issue period make it right or just by saying sorry while I am trying to spend money at this establishment this was my McDonald's journey I've never had a problem at...

I frequent all locations, so I can tell you they are kinda the same.

I'm a doordasher.

They know I'm in there to get my customers stuff and go. They will look at you, know why your there and make you wait until they good and ready to give me my stuff.

They know I have a time limit and I normally stand their and wait until they greet me(they rarely do).

I had to pray to God, to get just decent service today. Did I get it? But, of course not.

A five dollar order. A simple meal. I stood in there for about 15 to 20 and once it got too close to my due time, I just walked out to my car and started canceling the order and giving rhe reason why, plus the issues I keep having from this business.

I get penalized for late order. If it gets too low, my rating, I could be deactivated.

Once I got in my car, the older lady that wears glasses with the wavy hair comes out with my order. I wasn't sitting in my no more then 30 seconds. So it's all fun and games to them to.

She thought I was just going to take it and go. No ma'am I what you doing. Keep it cause it's going to be on youma'am, not me.

I have never wanted to make someone loose their job, so I'm always surprised to experience this mess.

I laugh at this point, cause I'm not bout to lose my head cause you hate your job.

It's always the women though.

The men their are respectful and welcoming.

Just talk to them please.

I be scared to ask for anything, cause they look at you like they hate their life. I hate working too, but I gotta do what I gotta do.

If you can't stand customers, go work in a warehouse.
