Subway — Restaurant in Tamarac

Visited this location for the first and last time. Was very turned off by the attitude of the staff. The individual making my sandwich seemed exasperated to be at work and didn’t seem interested in providing quality customer service. She then proceeded to throw my sandwich together with absolutely no care which significantly impacted the quality of my meal. She was rolling her eyes and seemed frustrated with her job. I pray she finds a role more suitable for her temperament and skillset bc if you have no desire to provide quality customer service you should not be in this role. She acted as if she was reluctantly doing me a favor, rather than providing a service she was being paid to provide. I suspect this location is understaffed bc she seemed to be struggling to handle the ingredient prep while serving the customers, (there was only two of us). When I inquired if she was there alone, she said in a very annoyed tone, “I’m always here by myself in the mornings” Subway please get this woman some assistance! Cane in to this store today and I must say the service was horrible the person working today #18 no name on receipt it is 03 /16 time 4:31 PM I called in previously in this week because my order was wrong spoke with another CSR who said when I come they will return my drink and chips that was not given when is asked today about it she was rude and said she she cannot do anything which is fine but when asked for a manager she said no manager today or weekends which is also fine but then exclaimed I qoute " she dont care that we didnt get our items that happens sometimes and management dont do any6 about it " seriously need to recheck your staff...

This Subway is always particularly clean and the dining area is uniquely spacious for a Subway and is always neat as well. I only like tuna subs and some Subways make the tuna mix better than others, however, great customer service and staff interaction somehow makes the sandwich tastier. At this location, sweet Matilda and her coworkers make me feel like I’m friends or family because of their interactions and respect for me as a customer and for and with each other. I always tip here with a smile....
