Been going to this location since it opened and always had a pleasant experience. Made a mobile order on the way over today, usual stuff for my wife and I. As I pull up to the window an older woman (I'm assuming shift manager as she was the only one not wearing a name tag), reeking of cigarette smoke with the voice to match, says 'I'm going to scold you, you made this order just a couple minutes ago and it's not instantaneous, you need to order earlier.' No hello, didn't verify my name for the order, just started blabbing about how it was too big of an order. (Mind you, it was two basic medium coffees, two egg and bacons and 4 normal donuts, not some party platter.)
Before I could even respond, she condescendingly started talking to her own staff for simply bringing our food out nearly immediately. Can't imagine how she talks to those kids when there isn’t a customer present.

Read moreI order from this Dunkin about 2-3 times a day and the unprofessionalism left a such bitter taste in my mouth. I placed a drive thru order and shortly proceeded, I understand there’s a wait and I was not rushing them. Not sure if it’s the regional or district manager but a grey haired woman at drive thru insinuated in a sarcastic tone “you guys need to give us time once you place an order, next time don’t come to the drive thru until 5 minutes after placing.” Which was just an unpleasant thing to hear at a place I visit so frequently. I later went back to order a donut and expressed to the young man and surrounding employees and at the woman with the light hair who this experience was with, at the register that it was just plainly rude and sour with a terrible example of management. I’ve never had a problem I just wish she had better people skills when speaking...
Read moreThis is one of the newer Dunkin' places. I love the cold drinks on tap and ordered a brew ice tea with perfect strength and flavor. Theresa and Quisha gave great fun service. I went back for the red white and Blue donut. Yum. Truly Dunkin has best donuts Miriam offered great service. Music is contemporary and not too loud. Love the free wifi no password. Everything is wheelchair accessible except bathroom and entry doors are not automatic. No diaper changer. Indoor bar seating and tables. Outside tables are along busy Kennedy Avenue. They offer dog toys and treats, bagged ground coffee, kcups, and mint infusión and various travel cups. Pepsi products. Kid friendly? Did i say donuts! Their Charity is Joy in Childhood Foundation menus are fairly readable indoors. Drive thru menu is larger letters. Great app with weekly...
