Only giving two starts for the fast service, but I will NEVER patronize this location again. I stopped by to place a pick-up order, wearing a mask. Upon entrance, rap music was playing loudly enough that I could understand every word. I don’t mind as I listen to rap, but seems a little much for general customers. I was extremely disappointed by my entire experience. One employee was not wearing a mask around people’s food. During these times that’s inexcusable, especially with the county mandate. Nobody could be bothered to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order, except one employee who was behind the counter, looking down on his cell phone. The other two employees were cold, made my food without asking what I even wanted on my sandwich, and were generally rude in their demeanor and communication. I couldn’t hear the cashier taking my order, who seemed like he could barely be bothered to assist me. Unfortunate, especially during these times when businesses are struggling, but I’ll definitely go out of my way to another location...

Worst JJ location I’ve ever ordered from. I placed my order online and my coworker called hers in. We both asked for 9 grain bread but I received a wheat sub instead, and ham instead of turkey. When I called to let them know the employee tells me I'm incorrect about the bread and that they're the same thing. Irritated I called back a few minutes later so speak to a a manager and he tells me the same thing! I've been ordering from Jimmy Johns for years and I have NEVER gotten a wheat roll when I've ordered 9 grain. This place is a joke. Regardless of my bread being incorrect, you put the WRONG MEAT ON MY SANDWICH. Like cmon. Chose another location for your sandwiches. I've worked in customer service 14 years, I would had shown more respect and made it right with customer. I will not go to this...
