0 star in my opinion. I was there 7/12/17 around 9:40PM rudest crew and manager I've ever encountered. Was waiting at drive thru area for 3 mins talking to the speaker, I kept saying "Hello is there someone there?" for 3 mins. My 16 yr. Old daughter who was with me told me there are cars in the parking lot therefore they're open. I have no choice but to pull forward to find out what's going on, as I stopped by the first window nobody was there but 2 crew passed by and didnt even acknowledge us! There was a customer in the SUV/truck in front of me so I thought they're just waiting for their order to come out, but that wasn't the case. 1 of the crew started to argue with her and start to bang the window, all I can hear the crew said was the customer was dangling the credit card in front of her face (which I think is impossible bec. she was park far from the window, but again I was not there to see the beginning of their argument). The crew kept on closing/banging the window hard while they still arguing until the manager came and also argued with the customer. After 10 mins the customer left (not sure if they got their food) so I pulled forward so I can order our food. The window was open and I seen the manager and the crew still talking now at the front register. I tried to get their attention, I kept on saying "excuse me can I order something" for the past 3 mins, the manager looked at me but then continued to talked to her crew, when she's finally done talking she came to me and asked me in the rudest form "WHAT DO YOU WANT?", I looked at her and gave her a sarcastic laugh and I say "excuse me?" (coz I can't believed how she treats her customer), she then took a deep breath (thinking she's just trying to calm down but no I was wrong) she then again asked me in another rude voice "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". At that point i cannot take her rudeness anymore, my daughter and I are hungry and been waiting in line. So I told her that they are very rude to their customers, I told her I been waiting patiently for quite sometime but then she just treated me in a very nasty way. I also told her to look at her monitor coz there's another car who's been waiting and honking their horn for quite sometime and I told her to do her job and take care of that customer!!! I left the place without getting any food and went to Burger King instead!!! The next morning I searched and found the phone number to call and also found a lot of reviews to this place, it is not surprising to me that this place has a lot of bad reviews.....rudest McDonalds crew and manager ever!!! I called that morning and told them my feedback/complain to the person I was talking to, she was nice and I ask what is the managers name that evening I was there? She said her name is "BRITNEY". I told the girl to prove what im saying is true go and check their cameras, she said thats what shes gonna do after we hang-up and I also told her that I will make sure to report this to the corporate because theres is so much bad reviews in that place and mostly towards the night crew and manager. I say FIRE the night crew and change them with people who are willing to work right and knows how to handle their customers. There's a lot of jobless people who are dedicated to serve!!! As I seen on the news, McD's people are asking $15 an hour? For what??? For this kind of service??? You are effin kidding me!!!! I wonder after I reported it to them if those night crew received a disciplinary action, coz even they delete or alter that camera file for that evening... FORTUNATELY I also have a camera recording in front...

Read more"A Scathing Review of Unprofessionalism: McDonald's Restaurant 4443 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607"
I recently had the misfortune of visiting the aforementioned establishment, where I was subjected to egregious displays of rudeness and disrespect by two older black females. The incident was precipitated by my attempt to redeem a free gift for my 40th birthday, which was met with a remark that I appeared to be 58 years old. This comment not only demonstrated a lack of tact but also a profound disregard for the customer's feelings.
The situation further deteriorated when I struggled to navigate the mobile app for ordering iced coffee. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, the staff member condescendingly labeled me "stupid" and threw the receipt at me. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflective of a deeper issue with the restaurant's customer service standards.
The head manager's response to my complaint was equally disturbing, suggesting that I needed to return to therapy. Such a remark is not only insensitive but also demonstrates a lack of understanding of the impact of one's words on others.
This experience highlights a systemic problem with the work ethic and professionalism of the staff at this particular McDonald's location. The "ghetto behavior" exhibited by the employees is not only unbecoming but also detrimental to the brand's reputation.
In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's restaurant was marred by unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of customer-centricity. It is imperative that the management takes concrete steps to address these issues and provides its staff with the necessary training to deliver exceptional customer service.
