Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Tampa

Yesterday, I asked if I could order two burgers, one of them medium well. The person taking the order laughed and said he would try. In the photo as you can see it was instead more rare than usual. I was also advised the burgers were $12 by themselves when there was a sign behind the person selling them that clearly showed they were only nine dollars. I would have happily tipped the six dollars that you all took from me if I had not gotten a crappy burger with no explanation except “the boss man keeps changing the prices”. You cannot legally charge somebody more than what you charge on your menu. It does not matter that your online menu has been updated if the one in the store clearly shows a different price than you are charging. I was looking for a good wood fired pizza here in Tampa and came across the Pizza Kitchen. I read some of the reviews and it was highly recommend, I see why. The pizza was amazing and the chicken Philly was delicious as well. We had the Margherita and the meat lovers pizza. Both were some of the best pizzas I've had in tampa if not the best. The gentleman who were working were not only very polite but professional and welcoming. They treated us like family. Oh and don't forget to grab a slice of cheesecake, that was outstanding as well. Called for a pepperoni pizza ahead of time and was told 20 minutes it will be ready. 20 minutes go by and I walk into the restaurant and they said pizza isn’t ready cause we have a lot of prank calls. Pizza wasn’t expensive and was rubbery because i feel like he made it in a hurry burnt and rubbery if that makes sense. One of the workers in the back was having a bite to eat which was a bad sign of unprofessionalism.
