Decided to try because people hyped it up on social media. Upon trying to order my food , the girl had such a thick accent, and at the same and attitude, I noticed none of the customers ordering from her could understand her, including myself, and every time any of us would say “ excuse me , what” she would catch an attitude, because none of us could understand her thick Russian accent. . Just very bad attitude, I was scared to order from her while she started giving me this attitude. She had an attitude every time a customer could not understand her due to her thick accent. The food was very simple and limited portion, I could make better at home. I had all the ingredients in my fridge . The only thing was good was croissant and chocolate. But you can get croissants at Publix . I would go there just to grab a piece of chocolate. But I would be afraid to go back there due to her nasty attitude. Very cold atmosphere inside. Table was also dirty and she didn’t even clean it before me sitting down. Would not recommend it and will never go back there. Also, now you are responding telling me your team is international. I’m very international myself. I speak five languages. That was not the point. The point is your stuff was very rude when not being understood not only by me but by other customers as well, I listened to other customers Asking multiple times because they couldn’t understand the person of the register ,and the person was extremely rude. Had an attitude, surprised that people did not understand her. She was very rude about it. The fact this place has positive reviews is beyond me. The person who took my friend & I’s order was incredibly rude. When we sat at the table, we noticed that other customers who were behind us were getting their drinks before we did. My friend and I ordered a croissant, and we saw two on a table ledge, but we had no idea if it was ours or not. It was out getting cold and we had to ask for ourselves if it was ours to take. My friend ordered a strawberry-matcha drink, and it came out completely green. Before she tasted it, she asked if it was the strawberry. And the rude waitress said it was. I told her to taste it, and she tasted no strawberries in it. So my friend asked her again if this is strawberry-matcha and the waitress insisted that it was. She was basically gaslighting my friend that it was strawberry-matcha when it wasn’t. Then, my tea finally came out, and it was filled to the rim. It was steaming hot, so I took the lid off and did I tiny taste-test after some time to see if it cooled off. And it was very, very hot, so I closed the lid and some of the tea came out and splashed on my fingers. And my fingers immediately started burning; it hurts so bad that I was tearing up. My friend tried to get ice for it, but the waitress was annoyed that my friend was asking for ice and acted like it was a big inconvenience. I have been here before and I had a great experience but this time it was worlds different. Stopped by between 12noon and 1pm On Wednesday Jan.23rd with a friend. Barista didn’t really aknowledge us so I said hello and she mumbled a hello. I asked her to explain Aero Press was and she did so begrudgingly. My girlfriend ordered the Aero Press and I had a Flat white.

Bathroom: While waiting for drinks I ran to the restroom and before I got close I started to smell it in the hallway. Seems like none was tending to it because the door was wide open and it smelled horrible and really doubt it was clean.

Drinks: My flat white looked like an accident. I don’t need latte art but a nice dollop of foam seems fair. The top of my flat white looked like she made a mistake and still served it to me. It was lazily put together and unacceptable to server to someone who just payed nearly $5 for small drink.

My she gave my girlfriend her Aero press brewed coffee and the cup was a mess. She didn’t even care to wipe of the coffee drips that were all around the outside of the white cup.

All in all we didn’t ask any outrageous questions, all we wanted was a clean environment, a tasty beverage and good friendly customer service. We got nothing. Barista was also making wire wrapped jewelry while on shift not sure if that’s even sanitary to have in the brewing area. Not sure if...
