Really cool, chill spot right on the river in downtown Tampa. It’s in the bottoms of Aloft, which is a Marriott-branded hotel. They always have really modern decor, and this location was no exception. The moderately-sized bar in the back was not busy on a Thursday after and they had a decent drink selection. Outdoor sitting overlooking the river. Really good time.

Visited wxyz lounge, Gabrielle was the bartender on duty, she greeted us with her fantastic personality and poured a on point perfect manhattan for myself and phenomenal speciality drink (throwing shade) for my friend. Would definitely recommend visiting the lounge while staying at the aloft Tampa downtown and give Gabrielle some LOVE.

My colleague and I were staying at aloft for a conference and every evening as we came back to decompress that Gabby was working (wishing it had been every night honestly because the guy we had one night was sour), she cracked us up! Hilarious, and in retrospect, she was likely taking the piss - teased us with her sarcasm and wit. She was awesome!

Didn't get food ... so can't...
