Unbelievably horrible service by the manager. The last three times I’ve ordered they have messed my order up. Today was my birthday and my wife treated me and the family to canes. So we ordered two of the four piece combos one three-piece combo a kids meal and a sandwich combo. We get our food head to the house sit down to eat, and what do you know? Missing the three-piece combo but got two sandwich combos. Don’t get me wrong the girls to take your orders are very nice and my order was rang up correctly. When I call the manager, I get attitude she made me feel like I was lying , so I take my receipt head back which means on my birthday I don’t get to eat dinner with my kids because while they’re eating I’m driving back across town to get my order fixed. And then when I get there the manager doesn’t even have enough professionalism to come out and apologize to me . She’s sitting in the back, staring at me talking on her cell phone. The owner/manger should be proud of his staff! First, the gentlemen who took my order through the drive way was great. He brought a fun energy to ordering and answered my questions. When I paid, I could see that the team worked well together and seemed to genuinely enjoy being at work. That alone says a lot in the quicker food business. When I received my order, I realized that the lemonade was green. Even though I should have pieced that together ahead of time and asked before ordering it, the young women was more than kind switching my drink out for me. It was completely my fault for not asking. I know I can't have dyes. I saw the sign about St Patties day, but I didn't realize it was green the whole month. Anyways, she happily gave me a sweet tea to drink!
