Been coming to this Starbucks for over 12 years now (not daily or even weekly... or even monthly - you know, just ‘occasionally’).
Nonetheless, workers are always nice & friendly. The last time I went, someone [that I think was new] made my drink wrong &, when I was finally able to take a drink (about 10-15 min later because of the whole “mask” thing), I realized it was wrong so I figured, before heading home, I would just go in and see if it could be easily fixed really quick.
So, I went in & just went straight to the ‘pick up’ section (since I had already ordered) & one of the same girls I recognized being there when I had first gotten my beverage politely came over to me & I informed her of my issue & she instantly said “I’m so sorry about that! Just give me one min!” & immediately began making my order correctly; regardless of any new orders coming in from people at the register just ordering.
She got it done fast and I was in and out in like 2-3 minutes, tops! She apologized again & with a big smile wished me a great rest of my day.
Definitely COMMEND the customer service! MUCH APPRECIATED!! Will for sure be...
Read moreThey don't care what their employees do!! My husband Used to be a regular there and became friendly "acquaintances" with a lot of people that work there. An employee that works there "TERA" took my husband's debit card information without saying anything or asking first and found him on Facebook! Shorty after that she was trying to get him to be with her.. he told her No! She started Harassing him with message after message!! I called into Starbucks to speak to the head manager which was never there when they said he/she would be there. I told them what happened. Afterwords Tera started posting threats to me on her facebook. I called in only two more times, told them all this again and about the threats, and was very calm and professional about it. Still Nothing was done, they said they would have to investigate! Also that whatever happens outside the workplace is not their concern! She Still works there and NOTHING was done about this, hmm... apparently it's ok to take a customer's credit/debit card information and harass them as long as it's not at work!! We will NEVER be going...

First- when i walked in the shorter hispanic lady with brown hair was talking extremely loudly for the whole store to hear TO her phone on a call while she makes drinks- about stuff i don’t think should be heard by the whole starbucks. and obviously double tasking doesn’t work because she didn’t add the extra strawberries as it said on the drink. so i asked her to add the extra and she rudely grabs it to add more- then when she gave it back i didn’t say thank you( which i usually do when the baristas are sweet) so i didn’t say thank you and she says in a sarcastic and rude tone “your welcome!”. her entire vibe was not friendly or welcoming WHATSOEVER and she shouldn’t be greating people or up in the front if she doesn’t work well...
