WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Temecula

Placed a mobile order, on my order I selected for 2 canned drinks. Upon arriving they did not have the canned drinks I ordered and said we could pick something else out of the cooler. They only had 2 options of bottles drinks and I asked if I could just replace them with a fountain drink instead and they said the machine is out of order😡 Got home to find the miso soup I had ordered was placed upside down in, spilling half my soup in the bag and all over my husband's bowl. Then to top it all off my husband got really sick after eating his meal and had been really sick for 3 days now and now had to go to the doctor for severe stomach pain. We would have forgiven all of the mishaps if he didn't end up getting sick, this was just the final straw. Huge bummer of...

Stopped by Waba Grill and was really let down. The heavy-set guy at the register didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and had zero personality. He just stood there with a giant tip container on the counter this is a fast food place, not full-service. Why are tips even being pushed?

We ordered chicken rice bowls, but the portions were weak barely any protein, and for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. We asked for green onions, which were forgotten, so we had to go back up and ask again. Also told him the order was for here, but he packed it to-go anyway, probably just to avoid cleaning a tray.

The restaurant itself was clean, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We left still hungry and pretty disappointed. Definitely won’t...

I had been here two times before and ordered the steak and veggies bowl with brown rice no problems. This last trip yesterday (4/26/17) I ordered the Steak and Chicken bowl with brown rice and a bowl of just veggies. I opened it when I got home and there was only chicken in the bowl, but I decided it wasn't worth going back to get the correct order. So I started eating and the chicken did not taste fresh so I ate just the rice and veggies instead.
