Only giving this 3 stars BECAUSE of the wonderful amazing Yvette 🙌🏾✨ I came in here momentarily for a food dash pick up and noticed two people in front but immediately honed in on the male because he said very sternly, “yes.” No “hello,” no “welcome” simply “yes.” I said hello, I’m here for an order proceeded to give the name and he again very dry and rudely responded, “who?” as if he was hard of hearing. After repeating the name, he scrolls his device and half heartily states he’s going to get the order.
The woman at the register who obviously felt his negative energy as well as me picking up on it, graces over like the beautiful spirit she is and asks me have I seen their current deals and no sooner than I could respond the rude dry male from before turns back and yells, “she’s not a customer, she’s just doordash!”
This man is not only rude he’s also condescending and his prejudice for melanated people was seeping through his pores.
The worst of it all is this man’s name tag suggested he was the store’s director.
Now I’ve lived in Temecula for eight years now and am well aware of the prejudice displayed by the majority of demographic however when you are in a management position your public job, whatever reservations and hate you have should be left at the door.
No need to respond. If anything respond to your inner struggles and have them worked out before you engage in public service. Do better sir. Simply do better.
Yvette, ma’am keep shiny like the...
Read moreWent in for the first time to check everything out and try to find a shelf or small corner shelf for our room. The item I had found was a pressed board shelf with little fabric drawers ( with obvious water damage on the top from someone setting a glass on top) it had no price so I had an associate check....$80?! Then when I brought up that it was water damage she said she could give me 10% off. But then told me that the discount would be less than a dollar... I'm no mathematician or anything but 10% of 80 is $8. We left and will not...
Read moreIt reminds me of a store where the home section of Ross, Burlington, and marshals had a baby with pier one, kirklands, and home goods. The furniture was cute but not for those prices. Also they charged me for an item I did not purchase nor didn’t even put in my cart and when I went to call them they wouldn’t pick up and it wasn’t even anywhere near closing time. I tried contacting customer service but didn’t get anywhere. Honestly it’s a cute place but like I previously stated, those prices are ridiculous. I miss the K-mart that used...
