I walked in so that I get take out 2 plates around 430 monday 06/17th. With my child. The manager in black with headset was making a takeout I assume for drive through she greeted me and assured she'll be right with me I gladly waited but a gentleman walked in to complain about a card issue after me and asked for a manager so instead of her letting someone know to help me ..... When she finished the takeout order she walked right by me to assist him waiting at the register she was obviously busy and figured someone else will get me I wait patiently and no one comes to help for a few minutes. There are like 6 employees all behind the counter. A couple walks in and stands beside me instead of at where the trays are and no one greets them finally a woman comes up to me and asks what I would like I begin to tell her my order but my sides are greens and there wasn't enough so she turns and tells the cook to make greens and asks me if I'd wait I said yes no problem a man walked in behind me and grabs a tray now the couple is still standing there and she asks them what they want they begin to tell her but she turns around and starts with the guy behind me. Im like, wow, so the couple decided to walk over to the start of the line( where the trays are) so they can get tended to. That lady never returned. Someone else jumps in the line to assist the couple and two employees tend to them Just disorganized. Some older women stands there ignores me I guess she knew I was waiting on greens and finally a young nice employee comes and asks what I would like she actually writes my takeout down and asked the cook how much longer on the greens By this time another guy walks in he's behind me and the older woman that didn't acknowledge me all of a sudden decided to assist She asks him what he would like He said take out At this time the greens are ready and they are brought up Instead of giving the young woman a chance to make the rest of my order (she was able to get greens on one plate, but both were with greens ) The "silent" older woman cuts in front of her doesn't leave her space so the young woman pauses and is standing there with my plates closed waiting for her to attend the guy that came after me so she can put greens on my other plate She had my order written she could have started on other stuff or the lady could have let her actually serve me. I ended up walking out this...
Read moreI absolutely dread coming to this location but it’s the only one closest to my house.
The lady with the red bow especially. Either too loud and too pushy or just doesn’t do things right.
Today she took forever completing my order. Stopped to clean something and just had my food waiting there and said somebody else will be ringing me up. And the other lady was washing her hands and didn’t even acknowledge me. She didn’t even know she was supposed to ring me up. So again, just want my food. Still just sitting there. And then as she was ringing me up, she had the audacity to turn over to her friend and give her a hug and reminance. Still haven’t gotten my food…………….. if they are replaced, I will return. Otherwise I might have to go the extra mile for my panda fix.
The tea looks and tastes like it’s been sitting in that container for a couple of days. 🤢 and none of the fountain drinks taste good. Even another lady pointed out that there was mold in the ice machine. So I’m pretty sure the fountain drink machine isn’t getting cleaned. It’s unacceptable. If I had the time and patience I would sue this place. That’s a health and safety concern.
Since I come to Panda Express frequently, and I always get the tea. I have learned that the tea is only fresh when there are many bubbles. And today’s tea reminds me of still water. I really feel like yall are trying to kill my son and I.
My son said he has a head ache from drinking the fountain drinks because they tasted awful. He’s drank the mold since the fountain drink machine hasn’t been cleaned...
Read moreI just want to share a heartfelt testimony. I've been navigating a challenging season in my personal life, having recently stepped away from a job I held for 18 years. Today was particularly tough, as I struggled to access basic necessities like food due to financial constraints. My blood sugar was running low, but then something remarkable happened. A friend I've connected with on TikTok, whom I've known for five years, reached out to check in on me. She sent me some financial support, which was a game-changer. I was then able to purchase food from Panda Express, thanks to the kindness of a young man who sold me some food despite the location being closed. His generosity was a beautiful reminder of the goodness in the world. I'm deeply grateful for this experience, which has reminded me of the power of faith and community. I'm so thankful for this blessing, which has lifted my spirits and given me hope for tomorrow. I was able to get some food that I’ve never had before which was very delicious and some extra food for tomorrow so I can rest my heavy heart about that part. I wish I could’ve got his name, but I will return just to get his name and edit this post thank you guys so much. I actually appreciate it. The young man I’m referring to was working in the window closing. Just about 30 minutes prior to me...
