Came by to this new location on Little York and 59 and I wasn't pleased for it being new. Grounds are pretty dirty from going on construction. Drive thru is very confusing especially when those big orange cones are out and placed on the 2nd lane but not blocking the drive thru. Sat in line behind 4 cars not realizing that the 2nd lane was open and an employee did not take the time to wave customers down to let them know that the lane was open. Receiving my food was not complicated but to much horse playing from employee inside with 2 female employees outside. If this location is trying to implement a system like Chick-fil-A I strongly suggest you receive training from them because you guys do not have the system down yet. Employees should be more alert and have better communication skills. The quality of the food is OK could be better especially the day old bread. The tenders you guys sell are to small for the price you sell them for. I understand food prices are going up, but receiving a 2in-3in skinny chicken strip 4ct for almost $10 is a rip off...I'm better off going to Golden Chick. I don't recommend this location because of the service and the size of the portions. This review is based on my...

So Yesterday me and my daughter decided to visit Cane's as it is a new canes at 59 and littleyork in our neighborhood. she had been raving about wanting to go visit them to try out the food so we went. Of course it being new in our community the only we have the lines were very very very long so when I got my food the price was around $16 for me and her. When I got my food the chicken was so so small so I wasn't really happy with that. I felt as if I had been gipped out of my money. I Should have took a picture so you can see the ones that are in the picture or not of my order. The cane's sauce that people rave over I don't really have to have it. It was a bit. on the salty side for me. I guess they give you enough to eat but not to really just get full. The portion size probably could be a little bit more for me as I was back hungry a few hours later. They are good but personally I think I'm going to stick with Chick-fil-A. I will probably bring my daughter in the future but Chick-fil-A has a lot of perks and I like them a little more...

Okay 1 star for this location. Raising Cane's is great overall just not this location right now until they make changes to their workers and customers service. The location is trying to imitate chick fil a which is next door with double lines but they don't ask for names and the service is horrible. The workers are scrambling to figure out who's order is who and when they give you your order they literally don't say anything and just rudely give you your food and drinks with no comments or have a great day or smile. I was charged for a bottle water and given a cup of water due to them not having any bottle waters and the bread is not buttered or toasted to the extent of the other locations. I will stick to the one by North Shepherd and the other on Gulfbank I rather do the drive for better food and service. I will probably try this spot out later on down the year but anytime soon. I am very disappointed since it's really...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service TERRIBLE TERRIBLE food. The girls working all looked really young and just RUDE. Wouldn’t give me my receipt, and didn’t get my receipt, but I have my cc statement reflecting my purchase. Bread literally crumbles from not being fresh. I don’t even want to call this a chicken Tender bc it is not the size of not even the average chicken tender. The fries were soggy and COATED in salt. I was trying to support this new business in this area, but I’ll continue giving my business to the Shepherd location.
