Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

Second time I’ve been here and both times my experiences have been bad. The first time my food was out before I even got my drink. Tonight the drive through line was super long 20 minutes for them to take our order once we were ready to pay and getting our food they gave me a drink that had been sitting there for atleast 10 minutes. I know this because I could see the drink when I was waiting to pay and we had been standing there a while. I told the manager to please give me a fresh drink as that one had been sitting there for a while all he did was change the cups. He just put the drink that had been sitting there into a different one and gave it to me as if it was fresh I told him I saw him do it and he denied doing so even though my mom saw him too. I asked him again to please give me a new one and he did this time. I shouldn’t have had to ask him so many times and changing the drinks cup was not very profesional of him. Never coming to This location again. Very disappointed and it barely opened. It’s a shame. They need to change employees as they seem very unprofessional and are often talking amongst each other rather than helping...

The service rep was helpful. I was using the app and she helped me thru it. Could not order jalapenos in the app, so she gave me some at no charge. I got the double cheese burger. It was alright as far as burgers go. I mean it isn't the big, fat , greasy spoon burger I have been seeking, but it was okay.

The burger was built up pretty good, with visible lettuce and other veggies. It had some thickness to it. The bun was just a plain bun out of a plastic package, not grilled, greased , buttered, or browned, or anything, just a plain ole' white bread, bread bun. I was able to get slightly more than a hint of the taste of the two beef pattys, but nothing to write home about.

The facility was pretty clean. The soda machine ran out of Coke Zero products. I asked about this, but nothing was done to resolve it.

Still on my burger journey to find that one great, American, traditional, classic, thick, juicy, delicious, greasy spoon burger. Haven't found it at any of the traditional fast food restaurants. So I...

I hope higher up reads this.. we just went by around 7pm first issue we wasn’t done ordering they just told us pull foward. 2nd issue we ask for ranch and honey mustard they gave us the bag we even asked if it was in there guy said yes but there was none 3rd issue they forgot our Cinnabon pull apart .. the MANAGER threw a big fit saying “I bag it myself I know it’s in there” kept arguing with us and crying to his employees saying he did over and over again .. my question is u bag it but did you u make sure it was given to the right person .. we own a food business too we wldnt treat our customers like that and you throwing a fit for something that cost $3 your not going to get a medal or trophy for that .. we even had a customer saying to us “they always mess up orders up here” who ever owns the food establishment please get a more mature and...
