This location is a joke. We had placed two mobile orders and pulled up to the speaker to let them know. After we provided the names for the orders the lady stopped speaking for a good 2 minutes. We then just politely asked if we were supposed to pull up to the window thinking maybe we missed her saying to pull up. She then loudly yelled something incoherently that we couldn’t understand so we pulled up. They handed us our drink and one of our frostys. They then told us to pull forward and that our orders would be brought out. After awhile a lady came out and brought us some bags and we asked if this was both orders because we only saw one of the order names on the bags. She didn’t understand us so she held up her finger and had someone else come out. We opened all the bags to show one of the orders was missing and one of the frostys. The lady then says they told her we already got that order. We relook through the bags and explain those were the only bags we received and that all the food items from the second order weren’t there and offered to show her. She then says one moment and goes inside after giving us a look. She finally comes back out and hands the bag to us and says “yeah they said you got the order already” with an attitude. It is very clear we did not as she could see into the car and watched me open all the bags and right as we try to respond to offer her to literally check the car and to ask if maybe they gave it to a car behind us, she shuts the door to cut us off and goes inside. Terrible service. Maybe confirm first that you did not accidentally give the order away before accusing us of trying to get free food. I would bet 100% they gave the order to some car behind us as they did not want us waiting at the window and didn’t remember we had two orders. Terrible service, please drive to another location. Read moreThe manager in there is very unprofessional. Closes the lobby early and always uses the excuse of saying the system is down when you are open for 30 minutes before you close. She gets pissed when I use the app for deals like it is a huge inconvenience to scan a code. Talk about lazy. She washes her car outside the parking lot back when there was 22 minutes before Close and uses the excuse the system was down. Heard this more than 4 times. Very disappointed in the service here only with her. She drives a silver or Grey camero. If she hates her job that much she should find a new one. And if she wants to go home early get another job. Went to try amd walk in thr lobby its 816 and done is locked. This has happened multiple times. It's just sad she cant even follow simple tasks and rules. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. Won't be coming back to this place. Customer service with her is horrible. Everyone else had a great experience with. Not her. Hopefully this reaches someone higher up to retrain or straighten her out. I don't care how much you get paid or what you do for work but whatever you do take pride in it. Read moreThere were pluses and minuses today. Wife ordered large chili with cheese, no onions. Out of large containers, so she got 2 small one's in its place. She also told the heavy set Hispanic that she wanted fries, too. So, it came out, no cheese, no fries. Now she had to order fries. I also had a medium fries. Both of them barely warm even though we asked for them hot & straight out of the oil.
So I went to get the missing cheese. The plus, the other server, or cook, gave us another chili with cheese. It's nice when they give you something extra for a TRUE mistake, not someone trying to get free stuff. But, she complained, that it wasn't as hot as the other without it. My guess, the cheese was cold and it cooled down the chili. Do they have microwaves?
The ketchup dispenser was out. I asked the Hispanic, who looked like he didn't care about anything, for ketchup & that the pump was out. It wasn't busy, someone should have filled it.
By now,asking for corrections, I didn't want to have them make hot fries. I suggest something should be done to improve stocking, service, and food delivered hot. The Hispanic may need a warning. I didn't see a name tag. Heavy set, shorter black hair, working the register on 08-31-25...
