Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in The Colony

I ordered a meal and the man at the counter sent me to the front of the convenience store to pay while he prepared my food. I paid with a credit card but when I returned to the Dickey’s counter to pick up my food, the man at the counter demanded that I give him my receipt. I handed it to him and he mumbled something and then told me to wait right there. I had no idea what was going on but stood there for about five more minutes. I finally went up to the front of the convenience store and heard the man from Dickey’s saying something about two dollars. The cashier then told me that the man from the Dickey’s counter instructed him to charge me an additional $4. The cashier was very apologetic as he charged my card for the additional $4 and said he made a mistake. But the man from Dickey’s just walked off. It was about 30 minutes before closing time and I was both annoyed, baffled and in a hurry. I love Dickey’s and have used their catering service many times for large business lunches. I’ll go back to the other Dickey’s locations. But will never go back to the location in The Colony nor will I ever use that store for catering. The man at the Dickey’s counter was incredibly rude and thought nothing of causing a scene and holding up a customer over $4. My food was also cold when I got home due...

Food is decent considering it's a gas station location, but customer service is terrible. I went to this location while visiting family in town and ordered dinner to go. Things seemed a little odd with the credit card transaction, but I let it go at the time. My mistake. Found out later that I was charged for an extra order. I have two transactions on my debit card. Repeated calls to the phone number posted here and on the Dickey's web site for this location result in a busy signal. Unable to get anybody to ever answer the phone. Tried to resolve through Dickey's customer service, but the store/manager has been non-responsive to them as well. Resorting to contacting my bank to dispute the transaction. This will be my last visit to this Dickey's location....

Inconsistent. I went to this location to use a coupon I received from the Dallas Draft Party to use at Dickeys to receive a Free Sandwich.

I went on Friday to use the coupon with no problem. My son received a coupon as well and we went to use his coupon on Saturday just to be told we are not able to use it because they don't accept the coupon.

I stated I just used it here on Friday. I was unable to get my son the free sandwich here. There were hundreds of people who received this coupon. If you have one don't go here!!!!! Either they pick and choose who they will allow to use the coupon or it may depend on who is there that...
