This review is not against the food or the facility itself but rather the management itself, Total Environment. In short, I strongly advise AGAINST any third party vendor working with this organization or anyone affiliated with them.

I run a video production business in the area and was recently contacted by them along with White Melon Advertising & Productions to record a concert at their venue.

I performed a site visit, had significant back and forth over email with them, all the while confused as to whom among the four different people in an email chain was actually in charge of calling the shots. Collectively, this was hours of my time ultimately wasted as they ended up pulling the plug on what they had previously committed to at the last minute. They did not explain why they cancelled at the last minute either other than a passive "sudden change of plans".

This meant the arrangements myself and several others made to fulfill their request were all for nothing. Normally, when you cancel on an event vendor, you typically have to pay a cancellation fee for the reservation of their time. Because this organization was so disorganized and frankly, incompetent, during the whole process of finalizing details, it wasn't until late in the game that I was able to submit a contract, which they conveniently didn't sign.

To make matters worse, I was also conversing with Jamie Morris, the director of operations at Windmills, to get logistics of setup all in order. Our first conversation, a week or two ago, went well. The second time I contacted him to follow up, he pretended to not know who I was and then, after remembering, proceeded to curse me out, hang up on a call abruptly, and then block my number. To this day, I still have no idea what prompted him going postal, as all this happened before the anyone else had indicated they were cancelling our agreement.

To say all of this is unprofessional is understating the matter. The fact that they've refused even a small cancellation fee that I've requested is not only unprofessional but unethical as well.

Working with Total Environment and White Melon Advertising & Productions has ultimately been a huge cluster and is indicative of either an illegitimate operation or gross incompetence. Since they haven't responded to any of the emails I sent prior to writing this review, I'm left guessing as to which is the case.
