Five Guys — Restaurant in Toledo

I placed a large order online for everyone in my office. The app said to allow 10 extra minutes to give them time to prepare my order. I assumed it would need longer due to the size of the order but made it within the timeframe. I heard my name called as I entered and attempted to get to the counter. They we're very busy. I informed the employee at the shake station that I heard my name called and wanted to verify I was there for the order if it was ready. She said she would check on the status for me. I waited a minute or two and went back up to ask for my cups while I waited. She said that my foods not quite ready and handed me the drink cups. I filled my drinks and waited patiently. After a few orders were called out I asked the gentleman about mine and he said he didn't know I had arrived, it would be just a minute more. Then a young woman verified whom I received my drinks from and said my food would be up any second. She then brought me my few bags and offered a larger bag to ease my burden with the amount I had to carry. She assisted me with bagging the smaller bags and apologized a few times about the wait. She was extremely helpful & very pleasant. She made a situation that would normally be somewhat frustrating, nothing at all. I was there this past Saturday and nearly walked out because of how busy it was. This location is a customer of the company I work for and I try to support all of our customers as much as possible and I drove all the way across town to get there. I decided to stick it out. I was number 31 and they were serving 20. As a manager my self, I always pay close attention to how people work. I was absolutely impressed with how everyone worked together and communicated. at no point did anyone seem overwhelmed. Everyone had a smile on their face, was high energy, and was extremely friendly with customers. I waited no more than 10 minutes which is perfectly acceptable all things considered. It's absolutely worth the price and driving past 35 other places to get a cheaper burger. You guys...

I placed my order through the app for in store pick up. No one greeted me when I walked in, so I went to the person at the register to let them know who I was, and that I was there for an order placed through the app. I waited for over 20 minutes- saw people that came in after me leave, and after going to the register again to let them know I was there, I still didn’t get my food. It took until the store was practically empty for a worker assembling the food to ask me who I was. I was met with a lukewarm burger when I got home. It’s upsetting because ordering online is supposed to be faster and more convenient, but it stressed me out more.
