I don't know if Starbucks actually read reviews, but I am really hoping the read this one:
I was having a sad day... but for no reason. School went okay, it was an easy day, but during band I felt drained. I didn't play the best I could, I was just so out of energy today and I did not know why. I went into my car that evening and cried on the way home. It was just something that happened. I had also gotten scared that I might relapse or that this feeling was going to last for a longer amount of time because last year around this time, I fell into this deep hole of sadness and thought that there was no hope for the future, no reason to live if I were going to be sad all the time. I got better, but today just seemed like how I felt in the beginning of my "deep hole". Today also just seemed really long, like extremely long.
So, I got Starbucks. Why? I really like their Dragon Drink... and I was acting on an impulse. I came in with my mom and younger brother, and I was wearing a red zip hoodie with my hood up and all that jazz. The cashier looked at me and said "I feel that" (or something similar to that) and my response was "... it's a Tuesday," and we laughed. She then asked for my name, but I asked my mom if we should use her name since my name is a bit complicated, and then the cashier says "Hold on, I got it," and this is what she put... TUESDAY. I LOVE IT! She made my day/night! I forgot to check her name tag for her name though, and I hope that someone will tell her that I really appreciate the light she brought into my day because I also have a bad memory and I might forget what she looks like, but also because she made my day and I did not think my day could get better today. So thank you!
Also, my drink tasted REALLY good! Usually, I would add a sugar packet to make it sweeter, but I did not need to this time because it was...
Read moreComplete repulsed by the staff. I stood in line distancing, made my order, paid and was wanting for my drink when the Manager Noticed me after 10 mins or so of me being in there a scene and discriminated against me for not wearing a mask. I have a legit medical condition where I can not wear one. The Manager not only made a scene embarrassed for me, but her fellow colleagues. All why making the lobby uncomfortable. The people in the lobby were kind and had no problem with me. Which I was grateful for. But the manager said I should have gone through the drive through. But I did not have a car. She then yelled at me to go outside. She made me stand outside and wait. I complied and went out side. After watching and seeing everyone that was after me in line walking out with drinks I went back in and waited for my drinks. Manager came out to give me my drinks to but to her surprise I was in the lobby waiting. She then said you were supposed to wait outside. Treating me like a child. I said it was wrong for her to make a scene, that she was be rude to a person with a medical condition. She said it’s “policy”. I said it maybe policy, but it’s not a law and she should not be discriminating against people. I am sad and disappointed at the lack of professionalism. For a company that is all a it standing up again wrongs, how darn you discriminate over something as...

Baked-from-scratch cornmeal biscuit is the base of this sandwich and it gets even better from there with chicken sausage, (Minus the double-smoked bacon), country-style gravy and spiced honey butter. And it was Delicious! My drink was the Violet Drink and it also was delicious.
When I picked up my Order, that I had placed through the Starbucks App, all that was handed to me was my Drink. I asked where is my sandwich? On my Drink was a printed Slip that showed “items in Order 2” and I only got one. The Employee said you would have to call Customer Service and advise that we didn’t have the Sandwich you Ordered, I asked how would I be able to prove that I didn’t get my Sandwich that the Starbucks App Allowed me to Order?
Finally, the Employee said would you like a different Sandwich? “That is what should have been offered the first time,” to see if I would accept, instead of you have to call Customer Service to get a Refund. Other than that situation, Starbucks normally has good knowledgeable and Friendly...
