Really didn’t appreciate how I was treated by the restaurant staff tonight I ordered food thru doordash as a pick up I came to the window and told the worker it was a doordash pick up order the worker said to me ohh her 1st order is done but her second isn’t since she placed the 2 orders separately it may take 10 more minutes I told her it was my own order I know I had 2 separate instead of giving me my 1st order so I can take it back to my car she told me she was waiting for the other worker to come back with an up date so I decided to go inside since it was freezing and the heat lamp out side is gone a few minutes go by so I walk to check up on it and the original door girl I spoke to walked away so I asked the other if I could get my second order and told her my name and she tried to say my name differently then what I had said and I corrected and said my name is …. And this is an online order I placed for my self as she was handing me that 1st order that was ready the other door girl approached us with my second order I asked her for A1 and it took a little while to receive which I get since the store was busy but then they also made me confirm I picked up which I get since people lie but then what kind sent me was them saying they guessed I was alright after doing so I really hope they don’t treat other customers this way or make 3rd party drivers feel like suspects like they did me tonight. Came to lunch with my family this one time when I'm supposed to be off the clock as a food critic. Mia our server couldn't have been any more terrible. Not only did we get the feel of annoyance from her because two of our kids were with us, she wasn't very welcoming. Second, as soon as we got in and chose our place to sit she asked our drinks and of course the fountain drinks weren't working, no big deal okay water is fine too. I then proceeded to say my kids will have chocolate milk, and for their lunches they'll have chicken tenders and hot dogs and fries for the other. 5 minutes later she came back out and I said that we were ready to order, we ordered the Tuesday special for wings and a side of fries. Fast forward it's now 25 minutes later and mind you it is NOT BUSY at all here, maybe a few others were here and there was plenty of staff. Well our kids meals came out after finally but where was ours? Ours were still being cooked and about at the 40 min mark of waiting we finally got our wings and then we're told the fries would be out soon they weren't done yet. It's quite apparent that the service was entirely crappy because A. This worker just sucked or B. She was just that oblivious of how to do her job. So, my husband and I are our food, totally annoyed but then eating the wings was questionable because they had a slight odor to it. Will update this later if we end up getting food poisoning but I wouldn't recommend ever going to this location, there are plenty of better places to...

If I could give this place a negative review I would. Worst service I've ever had. Server forgot to put in our appetizer, then tried to argue with me and tell me I never told her when I most definitely did. She also never told her manager and still charged me for them, when the app came out after we finished our dinner. She lagged on drink refills and I felt tried to avoid us at all cost. She had a bad attitude from the moment we got there and we felt completely unwelcome. I have been a server for 7 year and I've never not left a tip until now. She did nothing to correct the problem and obviously didn't care, so why should I care to give her my hard earned money. Tips aren't required, its out of generosity, and I feel too many servers forget that. I love frickers but will NEVER go to this location ever again and probably won't be back to another one for a while. This was our one night out without the kids and it was ruined. Very very very...
