Mendocino Farms — Restaurant in Torrance

When I walked in, there was only one couple ahead of me who was excited to chat with their cashier; a manager saw me waiting and immediately came over to take my order so that they could continue enjoying their experience. They didn’t have the dressing that normally comes with my salad so he suggested a replacement, and when the food came, the employee mentioned adding another dressing just in case i didn’t prefer the original replacement. And though I was didn’t feel like i waited too long, they felt their service may have been too slow so they gave me a cookie! Great customer service, and delicious food. I also enjoyed hearing an announcement of how many guests they had served and hearing the employees cheering. High morale makes for great food....

You can not be in a hurry if you plan to order food from them, it usually takes about 20 minutes. But they are very careful and thoughtful, and the food is good and worth the wait. It's a great place; I love the food here. Unfortunately, they have a huge problem with service being on time. Even with an online order, they consistently fail to deliver the food on time; the last time I had to wait 20 minutes.
