This establishment has the rudest and very unprofessional manager that I have ever experienced dealing with in my entire life... I had a problem with receiving (my to go order) a signature beverage in a kids cup that I paid $5.50 +tax for... WTH? I was told that because I ordered my beverage without ice that I only get 4oz of liquid & in a kids meal tiny cup... So I ask for the manager ask asked him ➡️if I decided to eat indoors ( taking a chance with Covid19 & Delta Variant) opposed to ordering food to go... would your wait staff bring me a glass half full...?" I know damn well they most definitely would not! The manager was rude, and too busy rolling his eyes, smacking his lips, gyrating his neck, and over talking me WITHOUT listening to my concerns as a customer... He became demeaning as if to try and belittle me, and I had to end the conversation with him, because I saw that he was clearly not into customer service and would rather have a customer decide to NEVER patronize PF Changs ever again...
Not once did he try to accommodate me so I refused the 4oz beverage, and got my money back.. Not to mention the shrimp fried rice was burnt and tasted scorched once I got home to eat it... No more commercial Chinese food for me... I had a gift card and the food was horrible. I will stay away from PF Chang's because I can get top notch Chinese food at: The Golden Pheasant Chinese Restaurant 1077 - W. Carson Street, Torrance, California 90502 where the food is delicious, and not commercial or burnt/scorched; half the price, and great customer service... I choose to spend my more where I am valued and appreciated as a customer, and not getting attitude and an unpleasant experience from a unprofessional manager with his panties in a bunch...
Additionally... PF Changs corporate office has yet to respond or return my email and calls... So there you have it... if PF Changs Corporate office doesn't care then it reflects on their poor customer service and poor management.
It's all good... my money will be spent elsewhere not ever at P.F. Chang's commercial TV dinner...
Read moreToday was an absolutely horrible experience. This was the first time we visited this location, the waiter was very incompetent. We ordered the Chang's for 2 we have always ordered this at the location in El Segundo. We always order the same food the soups one of each, the Cecilia's dumplings, the Mongolian beef and the beef broccoli with white rice and the desert. When we first started coming to this place we've asked do any of the dishes that we've ordered have mushrooms in it, they've assured us that no they did not. However at the location in the del amo fashion center we were about to eat our beef and broccoli when I've noticed a huge piece of mushroom, I called the waiter and told him we have ordered this dish before and never have there ever been mushrooms in it because my husband is highly allergic to mushrooms. he tells us oh don't worry about it nothing's going to happen to him I'll go talk to the Cook to see why there was a mushroom in the beef broccoli. He later comes back and lets us know that they cook everything in the same wok with mushroom juice. From what I know you're not supposed to use the same wok for every food as people are allergic to certain items. the manager was kind of nice but at the same time she was like well if you're allergic to something you're supposed to let us know. I understand that but nowhere in the menu did it say that the beef broccoli was cooked in mushroom juice. We ended up paying for $39 dollars for the food that we had consumed. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a pfchangs and we will not be coming back. Y'all should change your policy to let people know that you guys cook everything in the same Wok because the person could be allergic to peanuts and if you cook it in the same wok that you cook in peanut oil you could kill that person. The customer has no idea that you're cooking the food all the food in the same wok, we have no clue so you should inform the customer about how you...
Read moreWell, I don’t usually do reviews, but simiply put it the service was terrible. We had a Christmas get together with friends so we had a reservation for 12 @ 6:30pm. We arrived promptly at 6:20. The hostess said it would be a couple of minutes. At 7:00 we were still waiting. Finally 45 minutes later we were seated. The waiter cam promptly to get our drink orders, but took 20 minutes to bring them. We placed orders after the drinks came for the appetizers as well as the entree. 30 minutes past and finally asked the waiter about the appetizers. He stated he assumed that since everything was taking awhile to prepare that he would bring them all out together. But stated that he can change and bring the appetizers out right away. We also had kids with us and the were getting restless. I asked to get the appetizers served right away. Finally 15 minutes later they arrived. However they came in segments. We ordered an array of appetizers but came out 2 at a time. Cold but edible appetizers. What a disappointment. The entrees cam out and like the appetizers they came out slowly, 3 of the entree’s came out 15 minutes after. I’ve been to many PF Chang’s and have never experienced such poor service. The kicker was the waiter came with the bill, and I asked for fortune cookies for the kids, and he stated that they ran out. But couple minutes later another server walked past our table with a tray full of the cookies for another table. I usually tip very well even with subpar service. But this experience was the first for me and my family and friends. I actually considered leaving no tip. Hopefully the management reads this review and have some training for their staff. This PF Chang is the one in...
