Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

Have been goin here everyday for months because I work near by. Everytime I go they screw up my drink. They dont speak English well so I find myself repeating my order multiple times everyday because they dont understand what I am ordering. If I ask for little ice I get a whole cup of ice. Why pay $5 for a coffee if its all ice? I figured because I was going everyday they would eventually catch on but they dont. Same drink everyday and they get it wrong. So yesterday I ask for my drink, a large white chocolate iced latte with regular milk, but this time I ask for no ice and what do I get? Coconut latte! I dont like coconut so that got thrown away. I am tired of wasting my time and money here on people that just dont care enough to get it right. It my fault I keep going back but I assumed that eventually they would remember me as a regular. I was wrong. This place is awful and a waste of money. If you're going to charge the same as Starbucks then get the drink right...

Service is terrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR A DRIVE THRU PICK UP!! Because when your order gets into your hands they do not want to accept their mistake. Placed a mobile order for 1/2 dozen, though there was an option for 1/2 dozen variety, I specifically selected the type of donuts I wants, I perfectly understand if what I ordered is not available, I should have been given the decision to decide if I want what is available or not, I was at the window when my order was being picked up but I was asked anything, maybe because I am black so I have no options and when I called I was told the donuts are from July 4th and that is all they have and I should accept it. Terrible experience here at this place. The night staff were super rude and unprofessional. I asked the girl that attended me at the window what’s her name because I wanted to report her, she didn’t want to give it to me then when I asked to speak to the manager, she came back and said her name is “Patricia “and that the manager was coming back in 2 weeks which obviously I know that’s not true. I told her I was not pleased with my experience and that she was super unprofessional and she said “okay”. After tasting the drinks that were ordered I noticed they gave me the wrong drinks and they didn’t even give me the receipt for it.
