Absolutely wonderful experience Elliot is amazing! Kind caring knew exactly what my child needed. My child on our most recent visit began having a meltdown elliot walked over very kind very professional and offered to turn the lights lower and turn off the music to accommodate the sensory overload my child was experiencing. Also elliot informed me that if we call in advance and let them know we are coming they would do all of this in advance. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate the thoughtfulness and intuitiveness Eliot displayed, the kindness and compassion he showed. The store is ASD friendly, store manager Jason is also very friendly and caring. Jared the Dm is all all very very wonderful. Would highly recommend any parent to go visit. We had no idea the store was even at the mall, as we went into the mall for a complete different reason. This mall is also not a place we frequent however the entire day was just a wonderful experience Elliot’s kindness left a lasting impression on all of us especially my older child who understands and was really greatful with how his sibling was treated. My last experience at Build a Bear involved a few employees that rushed the kids and seemed to not want to be there....so I was hesitant to go today with my 3 kids. Butttttttt.....let me say, the customer service was excellent!!!!! James was great with my rather chaotic crew and Jay was also so great!!!! Working in a place surrounded by energetic kids and sometimes exhausted parents....you have to have the patience and personality for it and they surely did!!!!! Can't forget Kayla at the register....she was so friendly and patient, something you just don't see too much of these days in customer service. Thanks guys, you made this a memorable...

Went with my 19 year old daughter to spend some quality time together. The prices were reasonable for the animals. The clothing and accessories are where the prices get a bit high. Always look for a coupon online before you go. The store was pretty empty so most of the time we had the place to ourselves. We went through all the motions, chose the heart, pumped the stuffing, washed the bears and groomed and dressed them.
