Horrible customer service. They have one kiosk for Baskin Robbins and one kiosk for dunkin- yet no one tells you that the line is all at Dunkin. Then you go and order ice cream, only for them to first charge you before you could even get what you wanted.
I wound up standing on an empty line at the Baskin Robbins for five minutes like a fool in the rain. No one said anything as they went about their day. When I finally got on the Dunkin line when it was my turn, I asked if they were serving ice cream still. It seemed that I was bothering the worker. She tried to talk to me like I'm stupid, until I threw it back at her. I simply asked in response, "Do you even know how to use the kiosk?" All the ego went down the drain.
I didn't even get the ice cream toppings I wanted because the cashier had no idea what she was charging on computer screen. So I wound up spending approximately $17 for two waffle "sundaes", as they call it, with no toppings. Oh yeah- not to mention I ask, "where's my toppings", only to be replied with "that's not included". Spend your money at Shake Shack or an independent ice cream parlor instead.
Edit: I forgot to add.... The ice cream was insanely good, but when I got to the waffle cone. It was laced in adhesive from the paper. It was so sticky I had to wonder if I even got glue in my stomach. Absolutely gross...

As someone who works in customer service I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I ordered two donuts and two drinks on my app. Went inside and checked the bag, was missing a donut. No big deal, I asked for the other one and it was given to me. For the drinks, my iced tea lemonade was missing the iced tea. When I questioned, the redhead girl behind the counter said “oh we’re out of ice tea”. I was frustrated but not the end of the world as it was for someone else that didn’t mind. When I took a sip of my coffee, there was sugar in it. It can visibly be seen as well. I order sweet n low. When I asked the girl she argued that she put the right one in. Read moreI went there to get an order from the app but my food wasn't ready. I had to wait over 20 minutes over the ready time on the app to finally get my food and the food was stale. I ended up throwing everything out. I don't know if the quality control changed but I went there, during the holidays for the pumpkin flavored donuts and coffee and everything tasted so stale that I had to throw everything out, which was a huge waste of money. The staff was not friendly either and they took too long to get the order ready and it made the visit worst since, was very early in the morning, where most places would be putting out fresh food and there was no line either. There is no excuse for old stale food in the morning and the online orders not being ready at the set time when, the whole reason of using the app is to get your food at a particular time and fresh food should be town out each morning, not reusing the same old food...
