BEWARE. During covid 19 I strictly requested that there be no contact delivery and what I received was a delivery person who kept ringing the doorbell so I felt compleled to open the door which placed me at unnecessary risk. Also my order was not correct I have always ordered gyro and received chips and pickles with it. When I ordered a few gyros recently, I received no chips and to make things worse the sandwiches and wraps had very little chicken stuffed with mainly lettuce and one was burnt. I called to address the issue only to be told that I was the one who was confusing staff and that I should be careful on how I order - I was told exactly this . When I ordered via phone initially the person I spoke to wasn't clear about the sandwich and didn't seem to have knowledge but I haven't had issues in the past so I let it go. Overall I find the tone and attitude that I was given via phone highly unprofessional and I probably won't be coming back . I understand that customers aren't always correct but my concerns were valid . Extremely poor customer service. They’ll bark at you about what you want to order and if you have a special order request forget about it. They’ll be sure to let you know you’re ordering incorrectly and they’ll let you know how you should order it so it’s correct.
A very long wait time for delivery. Be sure to order about 2 hours before you expect your food to be delivered. And don’t get any ideas about ordering ahead for pick up at a certain time....it seems they have their own ideas of what times mean. We called ahead at 1pm and ordered a pizza for pick up at 4pm for a party (knowing they generally take forever this seemed like a way around that) When we arrived to pick it up...it was sitting under the heater because they cooked it when the order was placed....
If picking up - double check your order. Yes we gave this place WAY TOO MANY chances. We picked up an order...drove all the way home and it wasn’t even our order.
Just remember when ordering from this establishment their motto is “the customer is always wrong”

Read moreI ordered last night online, my delivery time was 7:02 pm....I called at 7:33, and was told the driver just left. I called again at 7:58 and was told the driver be there any minute. At 8:22 he finally arrived. After looking over the order, the salad I received was not what I ordered, and the pizza was not hot. I ordered a large harvest grain salad and received a garden salad. When I called to request a credit for the salad, I was told that my card was already rang through and no credit could be given, however if I wanted to pickup, a new salad would be made. I realize that businesses like this get busy at times, however, I feel that customer service is still top priority, a call to let me know about the 80+ minute delay. I have ordered from here quite a few times in the past, and would like to continue. I attempted to call again today and send an email, however the email on the site will not receive incoming messages and I've been placed on hold or a manager is not available when I call.
