Beware of this store. They will automatically add things you don't need, such as sim cards, and charge you for it. They will setup up your phone without permission and add random fees. They take it upon themselves to make commission any way that they can. THEY DO NOT UPHOLD TO THE REFUND POLICY. I came in and tried to return a phone the 7th Calander day and they told me that I couldn't return it because it had been past the refund date. I went to the site on the back of the receipt, and it brought me exactly to where I needed to be to disprove them, I went back in to show them, and they still didn't uphold the policy. They actually called the cops on me. The example it gave for 7 Calander days was from February 1, it said, " Qualifying new or reconditioned wireless devices purchased from a Cricket Store may only be returned or exchanged at the same store where purchased and within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. For example, if the purchase date is February 1, the last acceptable return date is end of day February 8." It was so peculiar that I had purchased mine on July 1, 2022, at 3:01 pm and I went in to return the phone on July 8, 2022. Complete...
Read moreI went into the Cricket Store today looking for a track phone for my dad for Christmas, but walked out with my eyes opened and my world turned upside down...... in a GOOD way! I ended up switching my cell service plan to Cricket (a totally unexpected outcome!) For the same monthly rate I was paying my other high profile carrier (who shall remain nameless), I was able to add two additional lines AND upgrade my service from 8 GB/ month to UNLIMITED data plus unlimited text and talk. (For those of you who don’t know, the carrier for Cricket is none other than reliable superstar AT&T....) And since I switched from the other carrier, I was able to purchase a BRAND NEW iPhone 6S for $100! Wow! Cody and Ayla were great to work with. GREAT customer service!! I almost didn’t want...
Read moreI’m so disappointed in this store and it’s employees. My grandmother has ms and struggles to speak/communicate/understand technology but she went in for help with her phone because I was at work and not available to see if I could switch the SIM cards for her (she wanted to deactivate one and reactive the other) and the girls there AT THE PHONE STORE where they activate phones told her they couldn’t do that there and the second girl said to her “don’t you have someone at home who can help you?” Neither of them assisted her and she went home so upset. I drove the hour to her house after work to help her and she was so sad. I can’t believe those...
