I ordered a 2 for 5, Big Mac with no pickles, 10 piece with BBQ and a large fry. Waited 6 minutes in the drive thru at the 2nd window. Finally I get my food, and strangely the fries were hot this time so I was satisfied enough to drive home and then eat. I get home, frys have no salt, Big Mac has EXTRA pickle and I got sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. I tried calling for about 15 minutes as I was not interested in going back to the store at 11:30pm, I’d just go and get it right tomorrow. But nope, no one answered, after a hit I decided to go back and just get it replaced, I continued to try and call on the way there and then the phone hung up from McDonald’s end. Finally I arrive back at the store to a manager I believe her name was Corey, I said I’d like this food replaced as I got home and this and this and that is wrong. And she seems upset, I then let her know I was trying to call and was hung up on, to which she claimed (by yelling) the phone isn’t working it hasn’t been and I haven’t even touched it (all yelling) didn’t say anything else to me and I didn’t see her again until I left. However they made my Big Mac and nuggets again and set them in the bag, then they sat there for 5 minutes while the fries cooked and a crew member who was up there disappeared. I was even more upset, I asked a different crew member who was in the lobby what I was still waiting for, and it turns out that the reason I initially had no salt on my fries is because they ran out in the salter and decided to just not refill the salter, she had to go find salt to fill it because I specifically asked to have salt on them. Finally I have all my food, so before I make another mistake and go home again, I make sure to check ALL of it, fries are hot and salted, Big Mac is indeed no pickle and nuggets are warm with bbq sauce, as I finish up the crew member who was in the lobby, took it upon himself to look me in the eyes and with an annoyed cocky voice, said that everything was just made! To which I replied, I understand that and everything I just brought back was also JUST made for me and was WRONG. I have nothing but problems with the employees and food from this store. I am the AM for Burger King, and I know for a fact if this ever happened at my store, that manager would AT LEAST be suspended for a week. Yet McDonald’s managers just scream and yell at whomever and still have employment and no repercussions. I plan to speak with the restaurant manager tomorrow, by making a special trip...
Read moreI just went here. 6/8/25 got there around 11:55 and didn’t leave until 12:30. I spent 20 min in line and 15 min waiting for food after they had me pull ahead. I parked in a spot close to door instead of right by the door my mistake. Instead of walking my food 5 steps to me the employee cracked the door to the building stuck her fingers in her mouth and started whistling as loud as she could at me. I didn’t realize it was for my food so she went back inside for another 10 min. She then came outside again stuck her fingers in her mouth and started whistling at me. First of all disgusting she’s putting her fingers in her mouth and handling people food? Someone should fire this lady or call the health department on this location. Read moreIf you order from McDonald's 10 times and order a bacon cheeseburger, 9 of those times it will be wrong and the bacon will not be on the burger. I've ordered food from this McDonald's and the one in Shortsville and I'm not exaggerating, 8/9 out of 10 times they don't put bacon on anything. Whether it comes on it or you add it. It will be wrong. How is making a sandwich this hard for so many people, and they want $20 an hour and screw up the bacon more often then my food being correct. No easy way to get a refund, you call and they "write your name down."
