Disgusting! Gross! Where do I start!? Horrible service! Dirty restaurant! Horrible food! I won’t be retuning to a place where I got treated with an attitude from the employees. Who don’t listen well and put lettuce on your burrito bowl when you don’t ask for it! The employees gave off this vibe that they didn’t want to be at work and seemed very unhappy to be working there. That mood transferred to me the customer. The cashier left me during my transaction to pay while another customer interrupted me to ask him for forks. He kept me waiting there for 5 min to get her forks and didn’t even communicate that to me. The girl prep wrapped my tacos poorly. The aluminum foil didn’t completely cover my tacos. So I asked for her to re-wrap them for me and all she did was place another foil over the original one and then slammed my tacos face down with attitude! Just so rude! If you don’t wanna work there then DONT but don’t let me the customer pay for your unhappiness. Do your job right the first time and I wouldn’t have to correct you and ask you to put more thought into taking care of the food I put into my body. The restaurant was just a mess especially the prep area! Can we say, Cross contamination! This girl was walking around with a queso laddle that was dripping all over the floor! Was I being punked!? This restaurant is a mess and won’t be returning for my health. The health people should go in there and not approve the cleanliness of this place. My tacos were soggy/ wet! It was just gross in every aspect! Terrible experience first time there. Disappointment! Update: I picked up an order today and the girl was standing at the cashier doing nothing and I asked if they had the order back there because no orders were out on the shelf and she said one minute and continued to stand there doing nothing. When we called to place our order (because the door dash app was being uncooperative) we were told they couldn't do phone orders.
Honestly, not that big of a deal. Come to find out, they were extremely busy and could only handle online and in person; Understandable.
We order through the app and come 5 minutes after our pick up to have to wait a few more minutes still. Again, not a biggie.
When we get home none of the orders are named properly and two of our burritos have NO PROTEIN. One of these was a burrito that had double meat, so we assuredly were charged for that.
When I return to the restaurant the parking lot is now full and I loop the parking lot 5 times to then park at LA fitness. Walk to Chipotle and when I get to the pick-up to receive a replacement (one I had actually ALREADY NEGOTIATED on the phone with the store manager*) the employee informs me I need to get in line. A line that now is backed up to the door, compared to the 3 people in line when I picked up. Asking him if he seriously expects me to wait for a replacement in line, he informs me, "yah, there's a line". And again his response to "are you joking" is "nah, you have to get in line"
I left and went to McDonald's.
*We called back and the store manager was appalled at the behavior we described and assured us she'd handle it. This is the only reason I find any redeeming qualities of this Chipotle in my visit. The only reason this isn't a 2 star review.
** We recently were gifted food by this location. I fortunate for us, as we know the issues with this location. The exact same thing as last time occured, however this time we were greeted by employees not wearing masks or distancing as well as MULTIPLE employees touching food...

It is honestly hard to comprehend just how terrible the service is at this place. If you don't have at least an hour to spare and the patience to spare for the items they won't have ,I'd advise choosing another place to eat... incompetent staff, 0 management anywhere in site , employees standing around staring at you while the line continues to get longer and longer, absolutely terrible , I do not even like to write bad reviews but this place deserves every bad one they get without question.. They do not even accept cash because the employees are too stupid to make change , I was in an Amish shop earlier , even they can make change

It is still hard to comprehend how terrible the service is at this place. I've been standing in line for 20 minutes and haven't moved, tons of clowns with uniforms on just staring at me from behind the counter, I tried to come on Saturday but they were out of rice (both kinds) ,steak and queso, if the food wasn't good, I would not even put myself through this, I used to come every week. I don't even come half that much anymore so it makes the bad service that much worse when you only come 1 time or 2 a month , I will just keep updating the experience though, no problem , I wish you could give 0 stars .... they deserve less than that even
