Purchases a little burger today and the employee mistakenly put 2 patties on my hamburger instead of one. When he was alerted of this he decided to unwrap my burger and take the extra patty out and put it on another burger. I was grossed out by this....he didn’t even ask if I would pay for the extra patty, he just opened up and dug through my burger and rewrapped it and tried to give it to me. I refused to accept it and asked the employees behind the counter to remake my burger. The employee in the black shirt refused to do so, so I asked for a refund. Then they attempted to accommodate me and remake my burger but by then it was too late. I waited for almost 10 minutes to get my burger and then I noticed the employee that had dug into my burger, was coughing quite a bit and not wearing a mask, none of the employees preparing the food were...There were also several flies, flying around the food prep area. I was so grossed out , I demanded a refund and left. Not sure what happened to 5 guys at this location, but I recommend everyone avoid it for public...

My husband, one of ou r friends(guy and me) went here recently got some burgers ordered a large fry and the 3 of us couldn;t finish them. They poor so all the fries into the bottom of your bag overflowing the cup the put them in. I always found 5 guys to be on the expensive side for some burgers and fries. However there burgers are so delicious and if your bring a bunch of people with you whether it be family or friends you can save quite a bit by just sharing some fries and not having to buy a bunch of thhem. If your allergic to peanuts do not I repeat do not even walk in the door there big bags of peanuts customers can help themnselves to as many as they want. Fries are cooked in peanut oil to theres definetly cross contanimation...

Five Guys (or at least this location) has not adjusted well to the COVID-19 pandemic. The app states that curbside pickup is available at this location but it is not. I finally realized no one was bringing out orders. Instead you have to wait inside the crowded restaurant with everyone else picking up food/deliveries. You can't even spread out since the dining area is taped off.
I waited 20 minutes after the pickup time for my food. One employee said the food only just came up another said it had been sitting ready. Either way it took longer because when they misheard my name (thanks to my mask) they didn't do anything about me trying to pick up an order of which they had no record. It wasn't until 15 minutes later they told me that they had no order for 'Toby'.
Usually great, but there are much better options during this time if you are trying to keep others and...
