I will NEVER patronize a business that takes over an hour to restock soap in the women's restroom after I've expressed a want to wash my hands properly. Your staff is gross to uphold these lacking standards. And furthermore you are entirely lucky I didn't ruin Everyone's experience especially with a Bills game occurring, to share the knowledge then and there that several of your female staff members went in and out of that bathroom without washing their hands because there was absolutely no soap. Adding insult to injury, I, a customer physically removed the empty soap pod and LEFT IT IN THE OPEN, hoping your staff would have common sense and self respect to replace it. Nasty.
NOT DONE YET. Upon the first visit to the bathroom to encounter this issue, your hostess was taking a quite unpleasent sounding dump, only to leave out after and go directly back to work and TOUCH EVERYONE'S MENUS, UTENSILS, WHAT HAVE YOU. I, a female had to go the lengths of washing my hands in the men's bathroom because your staff neglected to be prepared to uphold BASIC REGULATORY HEALTH STANDARDS and actually get a move on it once it was brought to their attention(s) ?!?!?!?!?
I can only imagine what this cold and flu season will be like, and I unfortunately can't say I feel bad for your business, but I do feel bad for all the people who might be affected due to the collective number of adult individuals; females and males alike among your staff who disregard basic compulsion to want to not have possibly dirty hands after wiping themselves or touching the same surfaces as someone who has and hasn't cleaned themselves even mildly? Disgusting.
I had not a clue that for over 40 dollars per venture to your establishment(s) that my family would be paying for less than you would be accorded in a greasy spooned diner or a fast food joint.
P.S. assuming your staff has the principle to wash their hands in the kitchen at least in this scenario is not enough consolation for the fact that they probably don't, if they are willing to not address the issue for so long.
P.P.S. Food was garbage tonight- pasta cold, chicken overcooked and clearly precooked at least twice, spinach and artichoke dip saltier than the freaking dead sea. I can STILL look past a line cook sucking at assembling a majority of previously prepared food goods sooner than I would an adult being ignorant to basic hygiene practices..
I will clarify that I have had a plethora of good experiences in the past but today was completely contrary and I am truly mortified that some of the people that ARE PAID by the company (applies other places too) are given access to the food others consume.

Read moreWent last night for dinner. They lost us as a customer. 1. Steak ordered had house seating. My mom said please try and see if you taste something strange. The seasoning tasted like we are a menthol cough drop then ate the steak. The house Mgr. came over to inquire, he laughed at us saying this was the first time he heard that, then continued to laugh. ( Heads Up), that wasn't funny. So our server came over to tell us the Mgr. Took 10% off the bill, yet gave us the wrong bill. The restaurant had about 60 people in it, not that busy at 7pm. I ordered the all you can eat tenders and shrimp and riblets for $15.99. don't get. You get 6 of either for the first plate, then 3 after. The riblets are thin and tiny, mostly bone. Ordered a second set of riblets because only 2 came out. Waited 20 min. Seems it was to busy with 3/4 of the restaurant empty. Server said the kitchen lost the request. Love working for the Buffalo News. Will pass this on. Sad part is it is Chain Restaurant, not made to order food. Food was crap, service was crap. Server came back to the table as we left and said waited to long for something that can made in 10 min. She dropped the to go box in a bag of front of me. Low class server. Bye. One day you will be fired. I can just see that. to the Manager, you think it was funny. Ok. Go to a Comedy Club for real laughs. The real joke is your location. We will never be back. Stay away. Read moreUsually love taking our son here and it’s the restaurant he always picks when asked, but tonight we went shopping and then stopped in to eat and had an absolutely terrible experience. I ran in while my partner parked to see what wait times were, I was told about 30 min. So we decided that’s fine and we’ll wait. Sat in the front area and waited and waited and waited, 2 adults and a hungry/restless 6 yr old. My son does really well when we ask him to just be patient, but after so long even I know it’s getting difficult, but we kept telling him just a little longer since we got the notice saying we’d be next up soon and could see it was quite busy. We had been sitting there for over 45 minutes at this point when a hostess came up and told us the wait has now went up to A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS! It was already almost 8pm. That the kitchen messed up on orders and cannot handle the tables they have let alone any new ones. Another patron asked if there would be any compensation since we had all spent so long there already and now had to leave, she said no, it is what it is. So we left, my son had tears falling and had to figure out another plan.
I don’t blame staff, it was busy and it’s not their fault that they became overwhelmed and don’t have enough help. I do blame the establishment itself for clearly not being prepared to serve the amount of guests it’s set up for, sacrificing service and quality for more $$$. And for waiting until after people had waited almost an hour to realize they were 2 hours behind. I never complain about anything, and usually only review when things are excellent. In this case, a little compensation would have been nice and honestly called for. We’re sorry to turn you away after you already waited so long so here’s a percentage off, a free meal, free drink.. anything that shows you care about the customers who got put out here.
