BJ's Wholesale Club — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

I am very disappointed with the bakery. While I have gotten cakes from here in the past that were delicious, I have never ordered one. I very recently ordered a half sheet cake for my daughter's graduation party, {with purple balloons and black paw prints} and before I even saw the cake, I was greeted by a VERY RUDE worker who never even came up to me, but yelled across the bakery where she was standing "Can I help you?" She sets the cake down, and I was shocked, but didn't say anything negative to the clerk for lack of time. As I was waiting to check out, I noticed that the cake that was supposed to have purple balloons, did not have purple balloons, but they were mauve, and greenish black, even worse, when I got the cake from the check out to the car, to the venue, the balloons were a different color than before, and this screen print they put on, was crooked. If I was not so late getting there, I was to pickup at noon, and I didn't get there until 1, to get to the venue by 1:30, There was no time for me to confront or do anything about this. It was not the cake I envisioned, I assumed it was to be all decorated by hand, with the {school} color I ordered not a screen print that changed colors. I was so upset about the cake, I kept it on a table away from people being able to see it, and I cut it and served it without ever showing it. I gave two stars because it at least tasted good. I will buy cakes from the refrigerator at BJ's, but I don't know if I will ever special...

NEVER EVER EVER EVER use BJ's auto shop. EVER. 3 Strikes, you are out.

Took car there for a tire sensor issue, was given a story that all 4 had to be replaced, simply not true. 12 months later, only the one is bad still.

Buddy took his tire with a nail in it there, they charged ~$20. There was a nail in the tire. After the repair the tire continued to leak. After numerous attempts to come back (they constantly closed before the posted hours), had to schedule an appointment (even when there was 4 hours left on a Sunday, but they had ONE car coming in for tires so couldn't see us). Made the appointment which they said "yes the repair is leaking but you cannot fix a repair and need a new tire" (this was not a sidewall repair). Took the car to a different shop, they fixed it for free, in under 4 minutes, and said the nail was still in the tire.

My wife took her car there for a tire replacement (sidewall damage), they refused to replace a single tire. Told my wife if she didn't replace all 4 in a set it would damage her car the moment she drove away. Not kidding, this is literally how the conversation went. (2015 Toyota Rav4).

I cannot believe the lack of professionalism, and experience their staff has. These encounters even include their manager!!!

So let this be a lesson to anyone reading. Over the last 2-3 years, up until last week 9/2021, they are...
