Crumbl — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I have been getting cookies here nearly every weekend (currently on a 5 week streak). This location has consistently amazing cookies that look just like the advertisements. They have always had all flavors in stock and the store is maintained merticulously. The inside is basically just a kiosk and pickup counter but they have a nice display of current flavors and you can watch the employees bake and prepare your cookies. I personally love crumbl because of the variety they have and the quality of the cookies. They are huge so you really get what you pay for. The Crumbl app makes it easy to read descriptions of each cookie and order ahead for carry out. It also takes customer service seriously by asking for a survey of every visit. They also have a cookie journal so you can keep track of what flavors you like best and receive notifications when you favorites are re-released! The employees are always friendly and prepare orders promptly -even though they are usually very busy on Saturdays. Went on a Saturday and it was mobbed. Waited in a confusing line to get to the kiosks. It's card only. Ordered my 4 cookies ($20) and waited over a half a hour. Everybody was confused. The main problem that there is is the online ordering system is a hot mess. They don't start prepping or making your orders until you walk into the restaurant. Along with the people like me ordering at the kiosks, people were waiting in 2 confusing lines. One for mobile pick up and one for just ordering at the store. They also started running out of cookies so people waited up to 20mins to get a certain cookie they wanted. Finally one of the cahsiers started asking our names because they were only doing the mobile orders and forgetting about us. I said my name and she couldn't find me in the system. I told her I paid and she gave me my cookies. I really didn't want to wait in line again if it wasn't on the screen. I thank her for that. Reason for my Low rating of one star is first off we ordered these off of DoorDash second off they only gave us six options of cookies so the store has only six cookies in the entire place? Today was my husband and I anniversary and we eat regular healthy so the one time we choose to cheat is the time that we get very disappointed the cookies are flavorless when it comes to the chocolate chip and the cinnamon bread one they all taste poorly made and the chocolate cake one is so overwhelming that you can’t even get through the cookie there’s too much frosting the chocolate is sort of on the bitter side it’s like a bitter sweet chocolate and you can’t get through this cookie without having a gallon of milk by your side Very disappointed maybe if we would’ve had more cookie options to order online then we wouldn’t of had this experience but as of right now I don’t see myself ordering from here again And can’t forget to mention we spent $30 on six cookies for what if the owner sees this please work on...
