Catfish Annie's — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

First time I've been here in a very long time. The food was exceptionally delicious. Starting with the bread that was nice and hot when it came out with a nice crust on it and fresh butter. We got baked chopped clams, and the little tiny whole clams. Both were delicious. He got a steak ,potato and vegetable- which he was very pleased with. I got the fish and chips. The Fish and Chips were delicious. Baked cod lightly breaded perfectly golden cooked delicious and perfect. Malt vinegar, lemon, tartar sauce, to accompany it. The food was delicious, the waitress was very sweet, presented with a beautiful smile happy to greet. I love the decorations. Nice ambience. I am looking forward to going back again. Amazing seafood restaurant conveniently located in Commack. For years I’ve know about this place and for some reason never frequented the establishment. This year my wife suggested we do a take out order for the family for Mother’s Day. Am may I say that this was the best suggestion amongst all the other restaurants we considered. The staff prepared the order meticulously. From the plating to the bagging, everything was perfectly cooked and nothing was missing. I have to say that I wish I visited this place sooner, but better late than never. They also have a fresh fish counter with lots of selections at decent prices. This has been my go to place for fresh seafood for years. Have tried other more convenient locations with hit or miss results. When you have to pay such high prices for sea food the last thing you want is an empty lobster. Annie's is a bit of a ride for me but worthwhile. I have never, I mean never been disappointed. I've never eaten in the restaurant but after reading these other reviews I will definitely try. I have now tried twice to eat in the restaurant. First time couldn't because the restaurant was closed for a family emergency. This time checked the google site, said they were open.
