Updated review! 2024 **Just tried the dairy free vanilla ice cream yesterday & it was so good!! Dairy has been bothering my stomach recently & I am so happy this place had dairy free options for me (vanilla, chocolate & strawberry) cannot wait to try the other 2 flavors in the future. (It’s pricy so I’m not sure how often I will be going back) I wanted to add that I really really wish the girl who helped us yesterday had some backup!! I felt terrible because it took a while for my group to get our orders which is understandable because she was working alone. Why!?! ☹️ I cannot imagine how overwhelmed she must have been but she was really really kind & professional! Also wish they had some more seating indoors.

Went here for the first time last night. Pretty good ice cream. I got the fruity pebbles with chocolate drizzle. At first it just looked like regular ice cream & I was expecting to see chucks of cereal but they blend it so well that it just looks like ice cream with sprinkles. Very crunchy. Feel like I needed to brush my teeth immediately to avoid a cavity haha. But still good. I hope this place lasts because that area in Huntington village tends to have a lot of places, especially ice cream shops, that come & go & don't last long at all.

I recently visited Milk Way, and I have to say, it was an extraordinary experience! Their milkshakes are nothing short of amazing—creamy, delicious, and packed with flavor. The variety of options available makes it hard to choose just one, but each sip is a delightful treat!

What truly set my visit apart was the young manager on duty. He is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with a warm "hello," which made my experience even more enjoyable. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service!

Overall, Milk Way is a must-visit for anyone craving a delicious milkshake and a friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to return for more of those incredible shakes and to be greeted by such a wonderful team!...

Frequent customer so needless to say I love the ice cream here but a recent visit was very disappointing! The portion of this $8+ ice cream literally got cut in half! When asked about it, was told the owner has changed the portion size. Well, I get inflation and tariff and such but I much rather they keep the original portion of the ice cream and make it an optional thing with extra charge for toppings and drizzles than cut the ice cream portion, just a suggestion…because I now really can’t justify coming back with a tiny cup of ice cream for this price where there are tons of other options nearby for either cost less or maintain their reasonable portion.
